There are no extra fee of process.
Example: Bitcoin price is 10k USD,  you want to load card with 1000 USD,  you have to pay 0.1 BTC,  our reload fee is 10%, so you will receive in card 900USD  (1000$-10%)

There are 3 levels:
BASIC LEVEL: When you buy the card and activate it, your card is be at this level. You can make one card load of up to 250€.

I find it absolutely clear how levels works, but how you check that user is giving you correct data for Plus Level since there is no need to upload any documents? Do you compare this information with address on which user received the card, or in some other way?

Actually I can register as Donald Duck, 1313 Disneyland Dr, Anaheim, CA 92802, USA , and buy 4 cards with total €10 000 year limit. I do not know how EU looks at such things, since it is very easy to get a new address and mobile phone number, and repeat the whole thing from beginning.
