If you swapped before this date and do not seen any new tokens for the contract ending in "bda091" on your address then it means KYC is required in your case.
We need a copy (jpg, png or pdf) of the front and back of your government issued ID card or passport and a document showing your address (bank/credit card account statement, utility bill).
