However, that are rumors that the Curacao is "does not care authority and regulator", of cause these rumors are strong as they are supported here and there by those who never obtained any licenses for the casino.

The license is needed to get good games, good, fast and legal payment providers, that may help customers not only get their payments fast and secure(both incoming and outgoing) but also be able to show their payments as legal, in the strict jurisdictions. That would be unfair if you count all of them (those who sent screenshot via email), no matter if the reason is about privacy purpose. It is unfair because it is against transparency and obviously it is not explained on the rules if users can submit it through support email.
