If there's an opportunity to scam people, scammers arrive. They've been on telegram from day one, trying all sorts of shit on pretty much anyone who has entered a crypto group.

This is true but not only thru invitation links, mostly you will be just added in an ICO project chat without your permission. You must be smart to not be easily fall to this kind of scamming activities and i really hate these guys who will just make the market reputation to become ugly.

Very foolish to send someone your data in a telegram. Scammers go to various measures to steal your money. Trust no one.

I have seen some new frauds recently on the telegram. They chose telegram as the medium for scamming. They stay in some active groups and find the target. They also once targeted me. They gave me the various link by personal message. And after clicking on the link the link told me to create an account. And if I want to do create an account they will want the wallet's private key. So I think they are a Very terrible scammer. We should be safe from them. Otherwise, we will lose all our cryptocurrency. They send me so many messages that I stopped using telegram for them. Besides, there are many scam bots in the telegram. Those bots never give payment. So I think it's not safe to earn in the telegram. It is best to use it as a communication medium.

It happened to me more than once
scammers do not stop inventing new scams
Our weapon is the consciousness and we must alert some of these methods constantly
Unfortunately, novices are often victims.

I never answer to a personal message from the telegram most of them are just asking to invest in a project where you will deposit to a specific address, and the project telegram channel clearly stated they will never pm you for personal investment.

Everyone will be careful because even the telegram they use it to scam people. Scammer become more smarter done to us and we need to be smarter too compared to them. Once they see a lot of user use the website they will find and create a way to scam people so always be watchful of what you are doing.

scammers will definitely use a telegram that has been famous and crowded until now but to avoid fraud I ask my friends at least I asked 10 of my friends and until now I have rarely been fooled

It's like science fiction horror movie gone wrong. More and more scammers are now seen everywhere on telegram. They now wait for you as a community member to ask for help from admins... Then they play the admin role to scam you via pm.

Scammers in telegram is not a new thing, it is the simplest and fastest communication platform and also it is the most common platform for crypto bounties and airdrops. There are some scammy bots that claims to pay users by just playing which is untrue because you need to invest money before you can claim worst case is that you can't claim it at all. There are also fake projects and fake people that impersonates some known people just to scam people. The best thing we can do is to investigate before riding in into something we thought is beneficial which is not.

Since the existence of various ICO projects, telegram has become one of the communication media of these projects and even the ICO project has provided telegram campaign services. So it's no wonder there are so many fraudsters organized on telegrams. I agree that telegram is better used only for communication than used for various paid campaigns.

Its Telegram101 if you don't know the person just ignore the message. Telegram is a communications app, should be used only for that for now.

My friend lost most of his crypto but it was only his fault, you need to be careful these days.

I also have some telegram users sending some message,
Asking for help and giving some trading site where their money is on hold ,
Asking me to create an account their then he would send me his money to withdraw it,
Luckily I know how to check the wallet he told me to sent him the ETH wallet from the trading site,
Then after a few seconds my balance in the trading site have 17 ETH,
But when I was about to withdraw the site ask for a deposit before you could withdraw,
Then I check the ETH address from ethplorer.io it shows that the wallet doesn't have 17 ETH the site was just a scam.

I agree, we should investigate a project before joining it. But it there any, I don't know, trustworthy list of scams which you can trust? I mean, which sources would you guys trust?

Well investigating the project should eliminate scammers, that is the whole point of that, right?
