The stake is a point of proportion.
Participants earn stakes and then, after the end of the bounty campaign we divide the bounty pool of tokens by the total number of stakes earned by all the participants. This way we calculate the value of 1 stake.

you have to do the tasks which are in the main thread. doing this you will earn 'stakes', the more stakes you get, the bigger your payout in the bounty will be.

No, it can't be calculated until the end of the bounty campaign because people continue participating and getting more stakes.
So the total number of all stakes earned during the bounty campaign will be available only after its end.

WTF! Bounty duration is over 4 months and hunters will be get reward within another extra 3 weeks when bounty end but token will be locked for 6 months it’s absolutely disappointing who guys promoting azbit project. I think it should be unlocked  at least 20% in every month.

Why don't you distribute in several steps? Like 20% per month or some similar schedule that you think could work? That way all your bounty supporters don't have to wait for another 6 months. You should honor their work. Imagine someone would lock your salary for 6 months...
