As a bounty hunter it is never advisable to participate in bounties managed by same project team... so many scam projects seems to be coming up lately using bounty hunters to promote their garbage.. field with lies and deceit... After a long wait , a project which claimed to have raised a whooping sum of 14.8million dollar could not fulfil their promise of allocating 3% of tokens sold to hunters for their work done 8 MONTHS AGO instead they decided to allocate just 0.03% of a supposedly 8.7milion kep token which was allocated for bounty... GREED KILLSnow my question here is.. do you really believe 14.8million was raise during the token sales even... why is the fear of bounty hunters present that they can't afford to distribute what was initially promised?? I advise opening a scam accusation against the team if they are active in this forum. Otherwise, there are no much things left to do,unfortunately.

Hunting free tokens sometimes doesn't pay off. But this is the risk you signed up for when you took their signature or advertised them on twitter or facebook. As a bounty hunter it is never advisable to participate in bounties managed by same project team...
They can hire best bounty manager but at the end of the day team will decide whether they will send you tokens.

This deserves a spot in the scam section, you should open another one in the scam section it will harm their project and hopefully, their price in the market, if they can scam bounty hunters and they have an intention to scam people then they can and will scam investors.

The raised fund was a total lie that's why they never paid to bounty hunters and moreover the fact is BOUNTY MANAGER matters a lot because they are the ones to tackle any projects that wants to cheat hunters so my advice is always follow good bounty managers only

There is already thread in scam accusation section: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5114598.0They assigned to bounty program around 5% of planned allocation, because as they announced that in bounty take part a lot of scammers and during bounty campaign they collected only 10% of the total funds. CEO said that he will review bounty program situation, and he did.. They multiply rewards 3x, so now is around 15% of promised rewards. Numbers: Total supply 1 000 000 000 Bounty allocation 2% = 20 000 000 (+1% for Airdrop - 10 000 000) First allocation 1 000 000 = 5% from promised allocation Allocation after correction = 3 000 000 = 15% from promised allocation

I think you should report this one in Scam Accusations section. But at first you need solid proof to prove that it's a scam project cause there are tons of good ICO projects but they still scammed bounty hunters by paying 10 times lower as they said or not paying for months.

It's not strange at this time when you joined a scam bounty campaign from a scam ICO project. I also joined few scam bounty campaign before which I've wait for almost a year but still no respond. Beside there are few bounty campaign which paid but number of token even doesn't enough to pay withdraw fee. LOL.

This situation is already reported in scam accusations section ( https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5114598.0) It is not that the whole project turn in to a scam, but about that dev team want to cut 85% of tokens allocation for bounty rewards. Read my previous post, right over yours to understand situation.

Quite a typical situation, I feel sorry for the investors who invested in the project, I hope there were not so many. The good news is that the hype came to light.
And what does an investor have to do with it ? you guess the theme not read even lied to the bounty hunters. In my experience, few of the projects after such deceptions could hold out for a long time in the market, if the team does not honestly play by the rules then the market against the coin will also play

It's quite frustrating and inhumane for a project to use the time and effort of bounty hunters for a period of 8 months, only to walk away. Bounty hunters are been relegated by projects. They see our service as nothing. I only wish that the arm of the law gets to the developers. Bitcoin talk may be unable to do much, if it's an exit scam.

Continue with spreading a negative word about Keplertek. All ICOs that did not pay bounty hunters should be red flagged.

One more time! It is not exit scam neither the project has turned into a scam. Developers want to scam only bounty participants. However, there is still a chance that this situation will not end in a scandal, Kepler will understand his mistake and pay the right reward.

I could not find any information about their CTO. The personal page on his linked is fake. I do not believe that they increased their money to $ 14.8 million. There are no rules that guarantee bounty hunters' rights. This is boring

Reuben Godfrey was earlier exposed as a scammer by being involved in exit scam projects. When we mentioned him the first time, he connected us in Telegram and asked to delete an article because he as he said, he tried to do good things for crypto and we had been damaging his reputation. After near a half of the year he was involved in one more scam project - Keplertek. The bearish market was blamed for the dismal performance and the rookie mistakes made by CEO and his advisor Reuben Godfrey. Reuben Godfrey moved to Georgia, and started to become active on the telegram groups and responding to the community personally. This is rather strange behavior for an advisor. He also told me in Telegram he would sue to shitcoin offering. https://shitcoinoffering.com/another-godfrey-scam-kepler-technologies-collected-14-million-bucks-preparing-exit/

I thought keplertek was a scam after seing the project. First they were putting a 250m $ soft cap building a robotic factory on georgia. And later it dropped around 20m $ hard cap. It was unrealistic at start and later it changed for filling their pockets.
It is not a shock they are also scamming bounty hunters.

But if you are saying that the bounty fund is only 0.03% this is not accordingly to the price decrease of 25x is 4x less. Note that this is just my theory, I may be wrong. Cheers!
