I am a accounts seller ( Bet365,betfair etc with skrill or neteller ) From few days skrill/neteller are working poorly. They close all accounts while verification. There is really no methods to avoid account verification. When something suspicious is happening with your account Skrill is instantly going to freeze it until you complete the full verification process (including a selfie with your camera). So the answer to your question is yes, all accounts are locked when Skrill ask for verification.

Not just this. Your balance will be withheld and unless you verify, even your deposit amount wont be released. A selfie holding your ID is a must for them for the legitimacy of the account holders claim. They have become very strict and unless you use their phone support, the rest of the support is very slow to resolve matters.

If you want to open multiple accounts, then Skrill has rights to close your account because they already stated their tolerance against multi accounts. Stick to the same ipe that you used for the opening account for the first time. Just be honest whatever they ask for verification. Trying to trick Skrill will not help to bypass KYC, so it is a smart idea to send real documents.

The real problem is that he is openening those accounts in order to sell them further to other people's and I think Skrill suspected something suspicious here and that's why his accounts were blocked.

I am from Brazil but as Skrill is not very popular here and they would not support our country as well when I first used it I had to use a cousin address in the USA

The solution is easy:

Become legitm, proove account's ownership, stop trying to scam people or selling accounts.

Of course they will lock down all your accounts lol.

The only advantage of Skrill is that in some countries PayPal is not working or sometimes accounts are only allowed to send payments to ebay while Skrill still works fine.

Approximately a year ago they suddenly forced their KYC and locked all funds on unverified accounts.
I successfully passed KYC but I remember it as a shittiest KYC that I've ever seen. They required to send scans of my bills (where my name is no included) or documents that do not exist in my country. So the only way for me was to make a new bank account and provide bank contract to Skrill. That was a fucking hell.
