Simex is possibly a scam site. I have seen some more complaint against this site. So, of course, they are doing shaddy job. I would never use an exchange before researching.

Why the heck someone will use noob exchange? We have tons of huge sites so I won't even bother to use those never heard ones. So far, I don't encounter worst exchange nor service, maybe because of I'm very picky in using and don't want to risk my money.

But seriously, I hate doing kyc. It sucks.
I dont know why there are really people who do loves to use up some exchange and same as you said there are lots of options to go with the reputable ones.
If you dont like to experience possible problems you can always choose up with those exchange rather than on risking your assets with unknown ones.
The chance of losing it is surely high since they arent popular yet nor have that reputation.

I haven't used it yet but i hear that rightbtc and sistemkoin both require KYC for even the smallest withdrawals. Haven't used simex either, plenty of good exchanges to use

It was long ago, I think that it was in the same year they started, so I don't know if it's relevant now. It was HitBTC.
They had some bots in there, I don't know if theirs or not, back then I suspected it was theirs, used to attempt price manipulation, I think, and clearly to fake volumes/liquidity.
It was silly. The bots were transacting with each other without noticing my orders (even if mine were at better prices!). How bad can you implement that?
Of course I've left and never looked back.

When we have plenty of good exchanges to use then why should we go for such cheap exchanges like simex? It is always good to stay with the exchange we have been trading on for years. I personally have 4 exchanges where i trade on with my coins and i would only shift to an other exchange if i think it is more beneficial and trustworthy.

Putting our coins into any unknown exchange is the first sign to get scammed. There are a lot of scammers out there who are waiting for us to deposit our money onto their platform.

I don't know much about simex but if it isn't allowing you to withdraw your funds than probably that's a another scam exchange which us been running since months. Usually Kyc documents should be verified within 24-72 hours and exchanges which are been reputed have these kind of fast services. It is not always safe to send our KYC documents to a unknown party as it could make our documents leak and peoples can use them illegally.

I dunno how things comes up with some traders doing like that and its so dumb for them to choose those unknown exchange where we can select to trade on bigger one where can can safely trade and store our alts.

But there are instance where we have no choice to trade on some particular cheap exchange and those situations where crazy devs choose those cheap ones which make traders leave no choice to deposit their bought or earned token nor coin.
