I don’t see this is a problem, just like other addition, alcohol, PC, game, sex. You can get any kind addition by over doing. Even with eating, some people have adding with eating, so are you go do ban eating? This is a mental issue, it needs to be teaching with early education or help by Psychiatrists.

only problem that can come from porn, is if the society stops regenerating itselfs and its economy and thats very often the case, humans cant be continuous they either expand or collapse.

In many (most) places incest is illegal, hence "incest porn" if actually played out by family members would be illegal. Hence it's likely mostly fake.

99% of porn is fake. There are "hidden cameras", teen porn where the girls are >20, but good makeup, clothes and stage i.e. child's room makes your imagination add the rest.
OP probably thinks that the good old plumber and pizza boy videos are also real.

I don't know anyone who would try to claim they haven't watched porn, but there's a long way from doing something occasionally and addiction. For instance, I drink coffee every day, but I'm not addicted to it, just like I'm not addicted to this forum or using a computer, even though I do both these things quite often.

I think people should know techniques on how to gain control again. At the moment I'm reading a book called innercise and it has some incredible easy methods on how to work on bad habits.

One that works specifically well for me is the "take 5 method" - It basically is a breathing exercise - so for example: if you cross a stressful situation you simply think on each breath "I inhale calmness and exhale stress" - 5 times.
You can do it also in a normal state if you want to work on yourself. Key is consistency. I try to "refocus" at least 3-5 times a day.

I think the problem is not porn, but practices that are not very healthy. Self-help books are necessary to start fighting addiction, but the most immediate help is through a psychologist, a psychologist is a very good and accepted measure, even sports teams have their psychologists, it is something that is very normal and help is the way to improve.

If someone seriously addicted to porn then the best solution is to fuck a girl in real,if he or she did few times then the addiction will get satisfied and result into normal life behaviour,if we stop watching porns without doing sex then it will cause some other psychological problems.

Do you have any scientific sources that we live in a society suffering from a "serious" porn addiction so by definition a big amount of people suffering from it?
I don't think that there is such thing , there is a small percentage of mostly men that are really addicted to porn but that is also just a crutch just like with other things for example Substance abuse.
The Porn/Drug is most likely always a thing to fill some kind of void in that person you need to fix your mental state before you can work on the addiction by behavioural therapy in my opinion.
I've also noticed the rise of faux incest pornography on tube sites but i think that this is related to the "MILF" Genre which had a major boom in the early 2000's , i don't really know how and why men like that genre so much, maybe it's like fraud said that every man secretly wants to bone their mother and that is some kind of proxy.
But seriously could you please tell me where you got that idea from that almost everybody is addicted to porn? Is it just anecdotal mostly "NOFAP" like site's data?

I don't think that this is a big problem at all we have a lot more serious problem than this,For example drug addiction and gambling addiction this two are more serious than porn addiction.Porn addiction couldn't harm anyone if they could control their self if you would think about it,It is better than any addiction because at least they wouldn't harm anyone unless the person isn't in the right state of mind in this case too much porn could lead to rape if they couldn't handle the lust or thirst for flesh.

addiction to pornography is a very serious problem and the infect of porn addict are what we are seeing in news of father raping his small underage daughter and people sleeping with underage children.  Sex addict is bad to our society and we should do everything possible to eliminate it.

However you are simply incorrect if asserting that a younger guy attracted to older women would be indicative of mental health issues, a priori. Consider, what is the issue? Is it an 18 attracted to 28? 18 to 38? 18 to 58? 38 to 48? Clearly for 18 to 28, the "older woman" could have 3 kids and be very attractive. Etc, etc.

My comment was more social and cultural. Here is a phrase. "MILF." How did it drift into language? How did it start to be used, and continue to be used? Is it a pejorative term? (I find the term sort of humorous somehow...)

On the contrary, i don't think that much people are addicted to porn  like what you're stating dude. People do watch porn, thats true but having an addiction to it is a different story. For those that are actually addicted, best solution is to get up and go out. Mostly it's when you're alone with nothing to when you watch porn. Limits those instances. Porn is good but real life is outside the online world. Addicted to incest porn? Well, get help lol.

An oedipus complex isn't a mental health issue it's just a concept of psychoanalytic theory by Freud, i didn't say that a young male being attracted to older women or vice versa is unhealthy, just that it doesn't really make evolutionary sense because of the lower fertility rate in older women.
The Term "MILF" started with the movie American Pie as far as i know it's humorous like you've said and spread by Word-of-Mouth i guess, i think the woman in the movie was in her mid 40's the woman doesn't necesarilly has to have given birth to be considered a "MILF" just an attractive older woman. ( This whole thread is kind of bizarre in my opinion with all those hardliner opinions about wanting to ban porn and nonscientific statistics about porn addiction, and it's also the first time that i've ever argued about porn weirdly amusing)
