The long story is back, but this time with decisions by President Putin. "The Prohibition Question’" starts in 2016 But soon became confusing and impractical, and the initial draft of the regulatory bill appeared in December 2017’s season finale.
The spring session of Duma "(lower house of the Russian parliament)" is expected to continue until the end of July 2019. Despite the delay in writing the decision, Putin's intervention could speed things up.

the team must surely up their game. After all, what Putin says…

Although Putin is already re-issuing a similar order on the need to adopt laws relating to the regulation of cryptocurrency, the Minister of Justice of Russia immediately stated that it was not advisable to adopt such laws. In Russia, even in his leadership, there have always been and there are absolutely contradictory opinions about cryptocurrency about cryptocurrency in Russia. Therefore, the introduced bills there are absolutely contradictory: from establishing criminal responsibility for using cryptocurrency as a means of payment, to fully recognizing cryptocurrency as a means of payment. It is so long in Russia that I don’t believe in the success of cryptocurrency circulation in this country.

When Putin steps in, it is adding pressure to the people who has been involve with the releasing of the result.

It is so long in Russia that I don’t believe in the success of cryptocurrency circulation in this country.
You may not believe on it for now but once the gov't interaction to crypto starts to bloom, it might change your mind. With the legislation it enforces for most business crypto entities to be registered and including the miners.

That mean: I don't know bro, I have my slaves taking care of it

It's not about the circulation of a cryptocurrency, it's about the legislation. People are free to use it but the government is looking to know how to regulate it, for the taxes, related businesses, ICOs, etc. Did you hope to see Putin making BTC the new currency, nope

lol i'll believe it when i see it. russian regulations on cryptocurrency have been "imminent" since like 2016. there's obviously lots of internal dissent about how to approach the issue.

i'm guessing too many russian politicians have a mind to profit from crypto for eventual regulations to come out too bad.

I don't get it why their situation is exactly the opposite of other countries where they are strict on buying and selling crypto and are loose on mining them. Russia on the other hand have a different view on that matter whoch I complete don't understand because if they are totally want to avoid tax evasion then they must handle crypto exchange thoroughly and not focus on their mining regulation. As of now the the way I see it this might be another "Indian Government situation" where nothing really happens in their legal framework in the country.

What do you mean by nothing really happens? Weren't banks prohibited from dealing with any entity that has any relation to crypto? That's pretty high on the bad regulation spectrum IMO, and I certainly hope Russia doesn't end up the same way.

Also, isn't Russia actually fond of crypto? They can be used to sidestep sanctions, which can't be a bad thing for them. There are a lot of rumors surrounding that subject, even. Or does that love only apply to their government and not their citizens? Lol.
