Good to see Dash included in that very short list of supported cryptocurrencies. Also pretty smart to include
these cryptocurrencies (Dash, BTC and ETH), as Petro itself is at risk of being banned / isolated by countries
like the US.

BitGo has launched staking with Dash support for its secure custodial platform, allowing investors, including institutions to earn passive recurring income from their investments.

There are advantages and disadvantages to this kind of centralized staking :

Advantages : No more worries about personally being responsible for the security of your investment, attractive return on investment,
insured to a high level (100M), cold wallet storage.

Disadvantages : Not in control of your own private keys, No more governance voting, Joining a centralized staking provider centralizes
the Dash network to a degree. In case of a large hack/bankruptcy the insurence will most likely payout in FIAT, not Dash. Which could
be a disadvantage, depending on the Dash price.  

How do you feel about these new upcoming centralized staking opportunities versus Masternode payments or Proof of Stake payments
on decentralized networks ?

Unfortunetely there is a whole minute (3:30 - 4:30) of that 20 minutes interview, that is plagued with sound issues.
Just find a way to get through it, audio quality improves after that. I wish this was spotted and fixed before it was press
released. Interview itself is pretty fair towards Dash and i'm glad Coindesk took the time to do a catch-up on Dash.

Dash, Facing the De-enlistment of Upbeat, Defends Itself - “We are not a ‘privacy coin’”

Among domestic investors, confusion is spreading due to the contradicting directions the domestic and international
exchanges are taking. Privacy coins are facing unprecedented challenges, with their very survival at stake.

CMO Fernando Gutierrez of Dash Core Group opined that such a difference originates from “the difference in the level of
understanding on Dash.”

This is basicly Dash long battle towards getting Dash no longer viewed as a privacy centric cryptocurrency,
and thereby often getting incorrectly grouped together with other privacy centric cryptocurrencies like Monero and Zcash.

Since Dash is a fork of Bitcoin, uses the same open blockchain as Bitcoin where information on sender and receiver is public
viewable and both networks use optional CoinJoin mixing (Bitcoin 4%, Dash less then 1%), Dash should be regarded the same
as Bitcoin and be given the same legal status as Bitcoin, by exchanges and government agencies.

BitMart Top Cryptocurrency Exchange Adds Dash With InstantSend Support

Top cryptocurrency exchange BitMart has integrated Dash with InstantSend support. Announced this week,
the exchange will offer USDT, BTC, and ETH trading pairs for Dash. In the announcement, Bimart specifically highlighted
their rigorous approval process for new listings to ensure maximum compliance, and described how Dash met that criteria,
specifically the compliance review system.

This will be the 11th exchange that has listed Dash these last 4 weeks. Looks like Dash is expanding and integrating
on exchanges and payment services exponentially (more and more rapidly). This should take away any Dash delisting concerns.
Sure there is still a level of education of exchanges required, with regards to Dash optional privacy feature and Dash compliance
to FATF recommendations, but all these listings show that Dash is on the right track with that.

There is certainly no lack of news for Dash News to report on lately. Dash has grown so much over the years with regards
to integrations, exchange listings, project development, network security, use cases, scalability and community.
Dash has matured into a very solid crypto project, which is getting validated and recognized more and more.

I finally found a good overview of exchanges that support InstantSend : https://www.dash.org/full-list-of-exchanges/

That makes 15 exchanges which support InstantSend on either their deposits side or on their wihdrawel side.
More then i exspected. I do think more and more exchanges will follow, specially those that are still planning to
list Dash.

It makes sense, Dash transactions are after all (once locked by ChainLocks) fully secure, protected against
doublespending and insured of a place in one of the blocks, making it easier for exchanges to drastically lower their
requirement of the number of confirmations for deposits / withdrawels.

Please share your thoughts on InstantSend-enabled exchanges, how do you view this ? Are you using them for trading ?

Not only this discussion thread is active, but also the Announcement thread of DASH is very very actively in the forum. Over years, DASH has still been a very rare altcoins that has active ANN thread even when the project has built its own forum for a very long time ago.

If you look at the ANN thread of DASH closely, you will easily see the fact that the ANN thread is much cleaner than ANN threads of other altcoins. There are very little spam posts in DASH's ANN thread, fortunately.

BTW, I would like to say thanks to qwizzie, who has creative idea to create this discussion thread for DASH, as his approach to keep ANN thread for important announcements from DASH team.
