I don't know what to think. Most of the time when a site is so light that I can barely read it, all I have to do is highlight the whole page, and then it is readable. The http://bitcoinscrypt.org/ page doesn't work. So, I finally copied it and pasted it into a Wordpad doc. Now I can read it, but some of the site significance is lost. I need to go read the READ MORE.

another altcoin, aiming to extort lots of money from noobs.

i bet they even try pricing it on par with the real bitcoin.

i think someone should get it taken down as its infringing on the bitcoin copyright which the bitcoin foundation/karpeles has. we cant have the sheeple / noobs of the world being conned into thinking that these 2 totally different coins, are in anyway linked.

So it's Litecoin without the other non-scrypt improvements of Litecoin or Litecoin's massive user base?
Sounds perfect.

whatever you do, don't try to send bitcoinscrypt to your original bitcoin wallet! You will corrupt your btc wallet and loose your coins.

Bitcoin is good. Scrypt is good. Bitcoin scrypt is bullshit. Bitcoin does not use scrypt.

I've got no problem with alts in general (check the sig), but this just seems wrong. It's clearly trying to pass itself off as some kind of bitcoin 2.0, instead of the unrelated alt that it is.

That is not true. It won't work, but you won't corrupt any wallet and you can recover your coins.
