The summary of the whole story, for those who are not happy to read a novel  

Seems to be a dishonest person “game-protect”, an individual from forum, with the extremely negative rating and reputation, hiding under a nickname and anonymous hostings, who earns money spoiling reputation of honest companies, mostly startups, licensed by official master licenses in Curacao, and verified by banks, payment methods, providers, passed thru compliance and multi-level verification procedures, approved by Curacao officials.



Huh, and of cause, he promotes questionable - so called by him "approved" friendly casino, that in his own opinion are honest, but at closer look are no-name and no-licensed at all!

We have faced with a complex fraud from the participant: “game-protect”, namely - discrediting the honor and dignity of an honest company - a casino that not only values reputation, but also gives unprecedented bonuses to its players, and treats very well every player.
The “game-protect” forum participant, called us fraudsters based on the license that the company holds, however we never deceived anyone and cherish our reputation. To support the defamation words, this individual referred to own website, that shows a huge number of casinos ever licensed in Curacao, by master licensees: 1668 / JAZ, 365 / JAZ, 5536 / JAZ, or 8084 / JAZ.

Absolute majority of the companies from this list are clearly honest, never broke any license conditions, and operate 100% legally on the markets.



Taking the fact that we were licensed by the licensee N.V. # 365 / JAZ the “game-protect”  added us to the list of scam casinos.

We obtained the license completely legally, went through complex and high-quality compliance with payment systems, game providers, game aggregators, banks. All this with a multi-level verification of the company, registrations, licenses and other things
The ‘game-protect’ also defiled a huge list of reputable casinos that he considers fraudulent, the list is similar to the parsing of licenses issued by master licensee, and the guy GAME PROTECT (SCAM) obviously earns money by dumping reputation of honest market participants.
The site he refers to registered with the option of hiding data on the owners, and even hosters.

We contacted some of these casinos from the FAME LIST published on the site, notarized the pages of the site s/he refers to, and our lawyers are preparing a court case on the protection of honor and dignity, as well as a cassation complaint to the prosecutor's office about the activities defaming the good name.

Having these copies notarized, and taking them to court, we got no doubt s/he would be fairly convicted one day.

We are curious to find out by what criteria did this individual added the casinos to the trustee list? The casinos promoted by the individual have incomprehensible contacts, they are not licensed anywhere, not famous, not too much listed all over the internet, to say about decent brands, s/he paints entire novels, in every possible way watering them with selective shit.

Thus, discrediting the reputation of worthy, s/he promotes the brands with questionable reputation, and earns on referral links and manipulates the opinion of trustful visitors to the site, their time and money.

There is no information about who is the Robin the Hood of gambling world? Whom does s/he really protect and from what? Why you dont register all on your real name? Give us your real name, surname - why not? Make a verification first in all listed casinos and obtain written consent for use first (commercial use) from listed casinos, in particular from our casino, which never gave you consent to any mention! You broke the law many times!

If necessary, to provide a legal assessment of the individual that hides user ‘game-protect’ nickname, and if there is a necessity to reveal his/her personality and make him/her liable to the fullest extent of the law, for discrediting the honor and the virtues of action.

I like how game-protect calls out scam casinos but sometimes he takes it too far. His initiatives are good to fight against the scam casinos but not sure how your casino ended up there if it is as legit as you claim to be. Since he is putting enough efforts to update his site and run the other operations, obviously he needs to monetize them. Having said that, I haven't come across him targetting any reputable casinos so maybe there is other side to your story?

There is no other side of the story when it comes to us, we are customer friendly and gambler oriented brand.

I put it this way, I personally went across the list on his site, and contacted guys from the casinos I know, and worked with, game providers I know from this list. They seemed to be interested in finding out the personality of the guy, and taking him to liability for defamation. Beside this, we are appealing to the ministry of Justice of Curacao, we belive they would be interested in defamation of their approved gaming master licenses.

My impression you are liar, with no effective proofs of your lies, nor even non-effective. Our license is good, and it is proved multiple times, however casinos that are listed on your site, and lavishly cherished, are not licensed and non-even a legal entities. So, I suggest you to just look at your own adversited scams first, and admit Game-Protect is a scam, along with all the advertised projects there.
Again, our Master License is old and reputable, it's been granted to the licensee by the Curacao Authorities(previously Antilles) back in 1998, and since then every 4 years, its been renewed by master license holder. Fake is not about us, fake is about you. And if anyone is brainwashed here, that is not us.

Yep, I agree. Having a license is meaningless, and not having a license is also meaningless. The only two metrics I'd look into whilst deciding where to gamble would be the duration for which the site has been around, and the volume of successful withdrawals its processed. The user "crashingcrypto" ran a series of fraudulent websites all while claiming to have a Curacao license, and he ended up exit scamming. In the same vein, multiple sites that don't have a gaming license are processing withdrawals to this day.

It's good that you exposed this dude, but for your own mental well-being, don't put too much effort into this. Ultimately, the players don't really care. Just work on being a good site and your site will flourish.

You obviously feel you have been mistreated therefore I sympathise with you but I would like to see what game-protect has to say about this before coming to a conclusion.

It is common knowledge that most websites operating with a Curaçao licence are those that wish to have their owners maximise anonymity and also have a seal to display on their website to show they have a casino licence. That might have an effect on newbies and gullible people which gives peace of mind when betting but to a seasoned individual we know that any licence from Curaçao is a useless, meaningless token to display.

I have no idea why game-protect selects some websites as genuine and others as scams - I look forward to his reply to try to understand what is going on from his side.
