you can go and trade in idex.market exchange where it is trading and right now the price is, you are lucky as right now the price of 1 lpt is 0.047 eth. so just sell but important thing sell fully in market price of sell as for making selling price you need the trade value more then 0.15 eth.
I once had bad experience with Bitfinex I think. Sent them the token but failed to exchange because not to met the minimum required volume. Since then I do not go to exchanges. Plus for this little amount I do not want to give away the high exchange price to withdraw. I will better trade here with any forum member.

No you got wrong if you sell in market price you can sell any amount and right now the price is 0.06 eth, i have also sold the same volume of LPT which i got for free but bad luck that i sold for 0.035 eth. and the withdraw fees is only the gas price you are going to pay in this exchange so i think it will be a good deal, even you dont have to open account just link your eth wallet and open and transfer the coins to exchange and sell and then transfer the eth to your eth wallet
Balance upto you whether you want to deal or not, i can just give suggestions as i have recently used them for lpt only. apart from that i did not used their exchange.
