Hi,

I have a HitBTC account with 10.715 XMR in it. Unfortunately they have blocked my withdrawal and are demanding KYC which I don't want to do. Willing to sell the account for 50%, so you can do the KYC and basically get $260 for free.

Escrow is a must. I will send account details to escrow who will verify the balance and change the password to whatever you decide and then hand over the account to you after you pay me 5.35 XMR.

Transactions must be included in a block to be properly completed. When you send a transaction, it is broadcast to miners. Miners can then optionally include it in their next blocks. Miners will be more inclined to include your transaction if it has a higher transaction fee.

Hitbtc is a scam exchange.  Once you're in this position,  they'll never approve you to withdrawl

They do approve KYC, if it was a scam it would be everywhere. Anyways, you get $260 because you are doing the KYC and not me. Thats a fair price!

Anyways, still selling this.

OP knows exactly what he is doing that is why he made new account to try and sell the account which he knows will never pass KYC, if he believed it would pass KYC then escrow holds funds until the buyer hears back from Hitbtc.
