Hi, Im looking for a Romanian SMS number to verify me.. I've tried sites like https://www.receivesmsonline.net/ & https://quackr.io but they dont have any RO numbers.. Any suggestions for ones that work?

You can try this site-----> http://smspva.com/, choose the country "Romanian" and then select the service that you want to verify.
Remember the number works only once "OTV".
I think there is a service have rented numbers for more than once but I didn’t try it. Check ---> http://smspva.com/arenda.html.
