I would wait for this update. It do lags out on my pc and also with my current S10 plus.So this is definitely on game issue.

I thought it's just me that experience some lags, though suspected that it's my internet connection, will wait then.
I love the animated interface, tbh but what annoys me somehow is the interface don't fit on a mobile phone so therefore you need to change it to landscape mode so you'll see everything on your dashboard. Hope it will be change so mobile users can play more conveniently.

I'm sure most people experiences the same lag while accessing the game, they need to have a light version of the game so it can be loaded faster. Having a lag on the game wont make players stay for long time as they might get bored because of it. They should improve it as soon as possible, otherwsie people may leave it sooner or later.

We are decreasing the specs and making a refined mobile version!
The game was originally made for PC environment and we planned to update the mobile version on our next update.
The mobile version will be available on April!

It is not too bad idea, a good one for Rocket run site in the long run.
however, for now, in early phase of the site, it should be better to focus on more important things, promotions, and develop more interesting games for the site.
Forum for Rocket.run gamers is good, but now essential and prioritizing thing for now.

Try to use other browser internet or clear your cookies theres no problem in registration on Rocket.run I already try to registed on their site.

Try using PC and chrome.
Don't use vpn, secret window, proxy. Try clearing your cookies as well!

 I think you don't have to add something like that, in fact you already have the chat box on the site, in which we can communicate. There's no need for a forum, it will only cause you some issues by trying to imitate the feature of the others. Never mind the forum community, we already have it here.

What I can suggest is stay on being unique like the way you are now. You're already incredible on your own work.

Are you from those restricted countries (check the terms page to make sure first). If you are from the restricted countries, so it is reasonable if your registration is not accepted but if you are not from the restricted countries then there must be something wrong with the sign up system.

The announcements of rules (including accepted nations) pop up when creating accounts.
Therefore, it's strange to see new registed ones skip reading rules and keep asking for help, instead.
In reality, if they did paid their time to read rules of the site, they would have found answers for their questions.

I don't think another forum will be a good idea. I promoted stake.com in my signature for months and that's my honest opinion.

It looks like a good idea on paper but it is not, especially if you are a casino which has the majority of the customers coming from bitcointalk.org.

I'd like to see you use this forum topic more actively instead of making a new forum.

Why?

Simply because you'll be reaching more people. A casino forum is going to have a fraction of the bitcointalk's users and I am pretty positive you won't be able to attract  more players via your own forum than what you'll get from here. You'll surely be getting something but is it worth the effort?

Sometimes AdBlocker blocks the captcha feature and that is why there are problems with registration.

Try to disable if you use one or simply try another browser as recommended above.

There is a chat on the site and this is more as enough for now. If they grow big then one could reconsider this suggestion.

I agree, currently we are a small knit community right now and I just login and see 39 users online. Might be a good idea if our concurrent users blew to like 100 or thousands in the next coming months.

Plus the maintenance in the other 'forum', you need someone to watch over that forum as mods and it might cost you a little. Let's just concentrate on making rocket closer to most of our gambling friends here and see how it goes.
