I have find this method for myself and that helped me a lot after my summer lost , I lost everything I had won and saved for 1 year ,
I lost 53 million Satos 0.53 BTC in 1 week .
I was very upset, I had to make some decision or stop playing and stop lost my time or do something that would be stronger than my excitement and protect my winnings .
I came up with a way out , after I did that , my savings started to grow little by little and now I am in very good profit .
1) First thing I did I began to constantly repeat the word Stop Game - Withdrawal , and it helps me to stop game when I start win and
make a withdrawal .
2) So how now secure your winnings . Do you have relatives or reliable friends whom you trust as yourself ?
Ask them to open a wallet for you, ask them for help, and while accumulating the balance don't forget to thank them with a percentage of the amount .
We all love gifts . I gave my friend already 0.10 btc, but assured him that it is not necessary to sell them now and it is better to wait 1-2 years .
3) You must enter into an agreement .

For me it's quite simple.
You play only to double or triple your money(I'm talking about poker).Nothing more.
If you double/triple your money,you just leave the table and start playing 24 hours later with the same start amount from the previous day.If you lose everything,you just leave the table and play again after 24 hours(the moment of tilt will be gone).

The most important thing when you are gambling is to know how to control yourself and your feelings. If you think you cannot do that then you should better stop gambling or not start at all with gambling because you will lose your money 99% of the time. Most people after they win something they gamble even more because they are greedy and want to win even more. Thats not a problem if you can control yourself and bet smaller amounts so if you lose 2-3 times it will not affect you, but most people bet high amounts thinking they have jsut won something so there is no problem if they lose. And guess what happens? They lose once,then twice and third time they go all in and lose again. And that repeats every time. So you need to have a bankroll and a plan wich you are going to follow. Make 1-2 bets a day and stick to the plan, if you lose dont bet more , if you win again dont increase the bet. Just make a plan and stick to it. If it doesnt work then change the plan and keep going until you make it.

that idea can also be applicable to other types of gambling games but the idea is verry risky because i see that you are going to gamble all your winnings continously if ever you won . what if you already earn alot for example millions , would you still bet that amount in the hopes of doubling it more ? if you win youl be happy but if you loose that can cause serious mental illness . but at the end of the day , it still up to the gambler if what is his goals for playing a gambling . |

Excitement is the reason why you can't stop yourself from gambling and gambling even though if you lose already. That's why it is better to be wiser to yourself because our very hardest enemy is ourselves only. And your idea is good to make you stop from playing even though if you are losing at least you never did lost everything in a one go.

The problem is that winning relaxes you and give you a feeling to play more. That's what exactly some of online casinos do with newbies by letting them win to make them loose as much as it is possible and get involved by chasing of one more win. The situation is actually different, everything up to person and I do not believe that there is a method of staying cool headed which would suit to everyone.

You could always start gambling with a certain goal (doubling or tripling your initial deposit, etc) in mind and stop after achieving that goal or losing all your money. No need to form such a complex agreeement and such if you're capable of doing this after a bit of 'practice'- that is, start trying this out the next time you gamble with a smaller amount than normal and put a bit more in every next time you gamble 'till you're up to your normal gambling amount.
Alternatively, if you really can't seem to stop excitement from overwhelming you, gambling might not be the best form of entertainment for you. There's plenty of other things to do elsewhere too; you just haven't found many of those things yet.

Honestly the unusual traits that occurs if a gambler didn't control their "excitement" , has a simple solution yet needs time to enhanced.
What's this? It's our "Gambling Experience".
Yes it's human nature that we might have difficulties to deal on a certain gambling behaviour like "why we should stop if we are experiencing a continous winning?" .That kind of mindset is really usual on a gambler. Gamblers think that we need to take advantage while luck is our side. Then after a continous betting, the other way around happen which is "loss".
With experienced, we will used to this kind of scenario therefore while we do continous gambling, we are now able to think even by little by little that we need to control and grab that winnings now even how lucky we are on that day.

Out of excitement on winning, gamblers used to spend once again expecting similar return. This is quite common with the new comers to the gambling. Whenever there is excitement it is good to take a portion and make it safe adding it to a wallet. This will give at least a small earning end of the day than losing everything.

Set a target winning. I always do this as I gamble to keep myself from greediness/excitement. Once I've reached the target winning that I planned in my mind, I'll stop betting or playing. If I'm still bored or want to still gamble, I most likely to play casino games that doesn't use real money. This is also effective in improving my self control as I gamble with my real money.

Well, someday ago I met someone who is a regular gambler with a good winning. What he usually do is setting up a goal, after reaching that goal, he stop gambling for that day. For example, his goal is to win 10% a day on his investment. When he reaches this amount, he just quit for that day. I think it's a good idea. It can help someone to control the loss too.
