Thanks for the information but a still a bit confused about it, is it a physical event where one can come to or it is an online event which is done through an online platform ?

If it is a physical event, then where will this event be taking place because I didn't find it in your post and am actually interested in making a reservation for that day, though I have to check my schedule to see if I can attend depending on the country where it will be hosted.
