Red trust accusation appeal

Hello, community.
Recently I was redtrusted by marlboroza (I suppose by accident).

Here is my story.
Since the middle of February 2019 I was taking part in two ponzi projects like an investor: Tron Village and Clash Royale. The second one is a clone of the first one. They both are high-risk gamefied ponzy projects with open source code - it's not a secret or some kind of. I've made a ROI calculator for both of them and released it here: dappcalc.com. Tron village is a pretty famous project and Clash royale is a new one, so I've decided to help the second one, so I was pretty active in its threads, but I'm not a moderator/administrator. Here is my key points:

1. First of all I was active only in gambling/hyip sections: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5114388, https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5114384
2. I haven't attract people to the project elsewhere, where it's forbidden - only in project's threads: http://archive.is/rkuXQ
3. I haven't broken any rule: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=703657.0. At least I haven't found the appropriate one.
4. I've made a calculator for Tron village as well as for Clash Royale and I guess it's not biased from my standpoint.
5. I haven't hidden any information about projects. I like math and as an investor I'm interested in different kind of calculations. The only thing I did is sharing my thoughts with community.

So I assume I didn't violate any of rule so why am I redtrusted by marlboroza? I wasn't able to talk with him directly, because I was blocked by him automatically. So that's why I was forced to start this thread.

There is no way to appeal. The only way to get rid of your red trust is by convincing the personel who left it to remove it.

Ponzi/ pyramid schemes are blatant frauds/scams, thus promoting a ponzi scheme is the same as promoting a scam and from there came your tag.

You should remove your posts where you promoted those projects then you can PM marlboroza and ask him to remove/edit his tag (he is not a DT member but DTs will start tagging you - TMAN already did)

There is no way of coming back out of a Ponzi related red tag situation my friend. Personally talking to the person who tagged you would have been the best course of action but since he had blocked you from sending him PMs then it's pretty much a clear message that you don't have any second chance with him.

Actually marlboroza is DT2 - he is trusted by several DT1 members.

I do not know whether the developer of game clash Royale should be banned for plagariasm ( Intellectual property theft) and OP for supporting and promoting the theft?

By self admission, they copied smart contract from Tron Village but they also shamelessly copied the names and design from the very famous "Clash of Clan" game.

Just so the OP is aware, even if you didn't promote the ponzi project, you supported it while knowing full well that it's a ponzi.  That's untrustworthy behavior so your red tags are well earned.

Creating Profit calculators for ponzi schemes does not prove you were just working with math or you care about the community in anyway because there is no profit from such fake projects at the first place. It just looks like a big joke.

Clash Royale Tron is in no way related or endorsed by the real mobile gaming Giant Supercell, which has its game named "Clash Royal". I usually play that game, it's pretty good by the way. But I was shocked to see a crypto project running under the same name. Clash Royale Tron have also copied the original Clash Royal logo, and some shitty peoples are still promoting the project on YouTube which is more worst for sure.

shamelessly copied the names and design from the very famous "Clash of Clan" game.

There is already a interrelated game developed by SuperCell company named "Clash Royal" inspired from "Clash Of Clans" and this ponzi project have copied it's working and designs from the real "Clash Royal" which looks like a stupid scam in my opinion.

The OP should honestly accept mistakes, or violations.
We are all human, so we all can make mistakes.
Admit them, accept punishments are better approach because doing this will probably not make situation worse.
Sometimes ago, months (if I remembered exactly), there is a topic in which discussed about giving red-trusted or banned users chances to get back after long period if they shown their good attitude to change their minds, their ways to use forum.
By now, the proposed topic's ideas have not implemented, still been under-disscussed.
I will search and give you the topic later. Wait for minutes.

@OP, you should open thread if you highly believe the tag was wrong and you have to provide also strong evidence. But you are doing wrong and in a result more red tag reflecting in your profile.

Trust isn't moderated by forum and trust isn't just for rule breaker. You have tried to motivate people's to invest on a high risky website.

If it is your typo, you should correct (edit) it.
