Back half is yours (as pictured), or you can terminate their lease to keep front for yourself.
Current commercial electric rates are .055cents/kwh with DTE. Can guide you through the rate selection process with DTE to ensure you get the most aggressive rates possible.
Also included is custom wiring of a 400 amp panel, including 48 120v plugs, and 12 220v plugs. For cooling a 35,000cfm upblast fan was installed in the roof to suck all of the hot air out of the building during the summer months. All you would need is to setup an account with a cable company, the electric company, and a pc or server to interface with miners/firewall to get mining immediately.
Will accept payment in either cash or bitcoin for the transferring of business ownership. A breakdown of all finances spent are below. Once again this sale is for the assets/infrastructure put in place for a mining facility.
