His negative trust is not the only issue here but the fact that this is a brand new account with only a few posts made.. these newbies should be blocked from posting in certains subsections until they reach a certain time of created account or some rank

In general it will be impossible as it is against the freedom of speech in this forum. There should not be any restrictions like what you have just said, forum in general should not underestimate "newbie" accounts. It is their own right to make any posts, other members just need to be more careful in everything they read in this forum. If the accounts break the forum rules then the accounts will be banned, although they can create other new accounts again and again.

Another day with a newbie account that promotes a project with a red trust or negative feedback. This site is a scam and ask you to deposit btc before you can have your bitcoin which is clearly a scam if players can get bitcoin by depositing bitcoin first.

I checked the site's wallet address that is used to receive payment from the people who wants to join their site and base on feedbacks here that when joining their site you'll be given btc but you cannot get it for free unless you pay bitcoin to their wallet address.

Just report if you think they are starting to get annoying posting these type of cloned sites in the section. I've been watching some pack of newbies lately and laying traps with direct digital goods buy/sell platforms like satoshibox.

The amount is vary, but most of them above 0.1btc. I cant even understand why the site reveals user's IP address publicly (just in case it is real).

I was checking another site the other day which was similar to this. It is likely that he cloned the site and it also had that same kind of messages and wierd chatbox.

To me it seems like the messages and the console box has been preloaded with messages. They are not real.

The truth is that many people still fall prey to such schemes even now and some people might have even invested in the link provided by op if it wasn't for the red trust and the scam accusations levelled against them. This is the reason why there are so many scammers lurking around in this forum.
