indeed, the volume of binance exchange site was increasing a lot but this caused by a lot of the service that created by binance itself that can easily generate revenue from the market.
The key is BNB was having its own business and it's working perfectly on all platforms.

Bitcoin still in the bearish trend this slightly pump up is manipulating for some bigwhale  just what I see in my analyzation in other scenario BNB coin do a good job and make a huge pumo up this happen because of good work of their team now the preparation for coming Binance Launchpad are spread to the market that gives impact to BNB coin.

I don't listen to crypto "experts" but there is a truth in his words. After the bitcoin's price increase known coins followed this small trend and made good returns to their holders. The small bullish trend can give birth to big bull trend but I doubt it will happen till 2020. BNB is pumped because of Binance Lanucpad and newly listed tokens there. Binance customers know to prefer to pay fees in BNB for a cheap amount than paying high fees to Bitcoin and Ethereum pairs.

Honestly, I think big banks don't want to use cryptocurrency for mentioned reasons. They prefer to keep their current banking system instead of adapting to crypto payments.  If China decides to accept Bitcoin as payment method tomorrow then other states will continue to accept similar decisions. Russia and Turkey also have a positive atmosphere about the usability of cryptocurrencies in my opinion.

Since when altcoin pumps means a bullish move on Bitcoin? I've seen this trend before, where different altcoins somehow get pumped even though BTC is having problems with sideway movements and I don't remember seeing a bullish trend in BTC.

BNB and some other shitcoin going up doesn't mean anything for Bitcoin, its price action doesn't depend on how the altcoin market performs.

Sadly, I wasn't able to give attention and interest to binance coin before and now I'm regretting that I didn't acquired it when it was few cents, years ago. And I don't give that attention to those people that gives negative speculations about bitcoin.

I've been always bullish to it and if someone says that bitcoin is still bullish then I'm happy to see that there are 'analysts' or sort of experts that isn't FUDDING around while we're on the bear market.

Exactly. I wouldnt draw any line from hyped altcoin pumps (which may end in -90% the next day) to a bullish market sentiment. Altcoins are pumped and dumped constantly despite the overall market sentiment.

I saw last week that Binance coin had dropped below ten dollars,,, and then just a few days ago saw another aggressive promotion on Binance International for their new trading competition giving away free BNB. This I thought was the sign they needed to do more to try pull up their coin. But then it surged into such high digits,,, it makes me ask myself. Is it still good to get into BNB now? Bitcoin of course and for sure.

If we could look at the big picture. We can still see the bullish. Almost 3-4 years ago Bitcoin price was under $1. And it is over $3500 now. So depending on where you look at.
