That's amazing and I heard that for the first time that newbies can't send a PM?!
Anyways, you said all regions. I've got cheated by some sellers before who used to say that it is full region 20 but it used to be 20 - 10 - 20 (means 20 in 3 - 4 regions and 10 in remaining ones), so please clarify that these are not such accounts and have 20 in each of them. At least you can use imgur.com to upload and show us the limits in all the regions. Or are you willing to show them also at Skype only?
