At present, it seems some interesting opportunities are heading towards litecoin fans. For Litecoin investors, the current momentum is very promising first and foremost. The Litecoin price reached $49 again, the token is gaining popularity among investors, and it’s also increasing in price.


At present, The Litecoin price  is outperforming when compared to most of other altcoins  across the cryptocurrency market . LTC/USD is currently enjoying a three consecutive session run of gains, with price up $49.11  at the time of writing.

Litecoin has built its recent relative strength, recovering the short-term $48 resistance level. Although, the coin is still blow the rising trendline which broke on Sunday, it is close to confirming a short-term swing low which would point to another test of last week’s swing high near $52.

Recently, Litecoin announced a partnership with Glory, a popular  kickboxing league. However, partnering with production organization for a concert hosting some of the biggest names in K-Pop. All of which posses a huge following, This in turn brings much exposure to Litecoin.

Litecoin has really shown good growth lately and this is due to the correct project development strategy, led by the Litecoin team. I think the price of Litecoin coins this year is quite real, given the current investor interest in this project

In terms of price appreciation, Litecoin is ahead with almost 129% gain compared to its price 3 months ago (if my delta app % computation is correct).
It still has a huge support from Chinese community. I'm not sure though if there are other drivers driving the price up.

Best time to accumulate crypto was 3 months ago. IMO, prices are still good to accumulate the top 10-20 coins that you'd like to support.

They are on a right direction promoting Litecoin in a large audience like MMA they should keep it up they have a position to protect, but I doubt if they ever go back to the second spot, three strong coins are battling out in that position but it still profitable to include Litecoin to your portfolio.

I think it will get back to 150 USD soon, let's say in 6 months. I have some tokens I have been trying to sell on midex.com on Litecoin, and if I get them sold, if they fill my order, I will have a lot of litecoins.
I am not sure if I should sell them for bitcoins or not.

Litecoin's future is good and has potential, I still believe if litecoin will continue to grow into a good coin. but not now still hope for the future for this to arrive at the right time, namely when the market stabilizes.v

litecoin is still a copy coin that has never actually done anything meaningful in my opinion. but it has also been around for nearly as long as bitcoin since it was created in early years and because of that it has formed a solid background which is why it is sticking around otherwise it has nothing new!

as for the price, it has always followed bitcoin price unless it has some sort of stand alone hype like LTC halving! and for it to rise up it needs to see either a hype or see bitcoin rise to follow that!

I am not Litecoin fan because for me it is only Lite-Bitcoin. I do not think that we will need Litecoin in the future when Lightining Network will support almost all circulating Bitcoins. AFter that there will not be any real use of Litecoin.

to be honest i don't see any kind of "momentum" whatsoever in litecoin or any of the top 20 altcoins for that matter! in fact LTC is exactly following the bitcoin path of stable price for the time being without any signs of changing its course any time soon.
maybe OP is looking at some charts that i can't see but that is what i saw last time i checked it. don't forget that momentum in an altcoin is defined by the thing that is happening to the altcoins at the bottom of the list. for example there were about 4 altcoins that got pumped more than 100% in the past couple of days. thad that is called momentum not a small 3% rise.

That all will be greatly influenced by bitcoin regarding the increase in altcoin. because if bitcoin itself is currently experiencing an increase, Litecoin will also get an increase later

According to me, LTC has shown good growth in the beginning of 2019. They have developed strong technology and changes in the system. Since mid-November 2018, Crypto has become quite stagnant. However, today, the crypto market has achieved billions of dollars worth when the increase is seen on the board, with Litecoin leading the pack. In terms of price increases in early 2019, Litecoin led the crypto market and increased by 30% with price increases & $ 1 billion + trading volume (in the top altcoins).
Litecoin Halving is a desirable event for a strong price increase of LTC, in August 2019.

It was a happy moment to see litecoin can back to the higher price after it gets down for a while in a few days ago. The litecoin price is still on the green area and still trying to break the higher price. I hope that litecoin can break more than $60 and it only needs $5-$6 to reach that number. If the market can be like this for this day and the end of this week, maybe we will see an increase in the price in the next week. Just hope that it will be happening.

It saw a well-deserved pump once it got rid of the "digital silver" scammy branding and once for the first time in its history, it had original development. MimbleWimble is gonna be great.
That said, I think the pump was an overreaction and it will correct down.

In comparison to most of the top listed altcoins in the market, Litecoin has been showing good signs of growth. Also Litecoin hardfork is scheduled for the ongoing year. This too predicted to make a positive impact upon the price of Litecoin. With the present market trend I expect the price of Litecoin to reach at least $75. Some has mentioned the price growth as a manipulation and as a correction which isn't the real happening in my view.

Litecoin has a strong fan base supporting it for years and no matter how unoriginal its design is, it will still survive. Lots of other alts came and go but LTC still preserves its spot in the top 10 currencies.

It also acts like a live testnet for bitcoin. We already saw it with segwit and we'll probably see it again with Schnor, MimbleWimble and so on.
