sorry to hear that, but this exchange had a lot of problems yesterday there was one member of bitcointalk who created a thread on Scam Accusation about IEO issues offered by vindax and of course on internet, there are so many who have warned about this exchange for example on reddit, I hope the amount of your loss not large.

Since the initial operation of our exchange, we do not encounter any issues related to Deposit and Withdraw.
This is the first time we are reported with this case. This is the transaction hash: https://dogechain.info/tx/b2f607aaa86d7f1eea64537a6bb16e91aa317556d1e9b9ba0d7619897035f3ab

and the receiving address is DKCLt5n8hJsbW6g8Zdcy5ZuTufQb4wLvnD with an amount of 738 DOGE ~ 1.81 USD.

We have tried to contact this person to make a further investigation but there is no response from him/her. Maybe, this issue is raised by our competitor to damage our prestige. We can not ruin our reputation by scamming 1.81 USD only.
