I also got an offer for a free device on PM, but personally I'm not interested in testing some new hardware wallets. In addition, I don't think the prices are competitive with what the proven competition offers, especially considering Black Friday discounts. I buy Nano X for less than $90 including free shipping and fast delivery.

I would agree with you regarding price. It should be lower.
Recently there was Ledger promotion where you would get Nano X + free Nano S.
Bithd is just to expensive at the moment, but I think that Ledger is NOT open source and you have to consider that also.
This is man advantage of Bithd.

It should also be noted that Bithd is based on Trezor source code, and Trezor is also cheaper

Where did you guys see the price? When I click buy I am directed to a Chinese website who sell it's for 699 of their fiat which I have no idea how much it is worth.

I guess their site is meant only for the Chinese market, I believe they need to change and update it soon as possible if they are aiming to take their products worldwide.

Just a heads up... my Razor came in the mail the other day, and I just have not had a chance to open it and/or test it due to trying to get myself and my partner setup with the government mandated lockdown due to Covid-19

Now that things have settled down, rest assured that I will make the effort over the coming days to do a full unboxing and initial impressions (with pics and some very short and likely bad quality video ) etc.

That didn't pan out as planned did it I would appreciate some first-hand information. Is this Razor defunct or still good? I see it's out of stock and successfully tested the firmware for reproducibility.

Considering that the OP hasn't been online since July last year, I would say that it doesn't look very good. He isn't around to inform the community of any updates, the wallet can't be ordered and is out of stock, and it was mentioned elsewhere that there is no activity on their GitHub whatsoever.
