BitcoinTransit .com worth developing?

Hi All!

I’d love to get your opinion of the domain BitcoinTransit .com is worth developing or selling?
First off, I’m not a dev but I am a designer.

The domain could possibly used for Trades/Exchanges, Transportation, etc.

I do have some ideas currently around but just looking for some advice for now.

Opps, sorry i had missed out that domain part but to tell you about my insights on such domain name.When we do talk about "Transit" then most likely this would suit out with transportation.

Exchangers is already saturated but with Transport i do only see a few which you should consider this one.imho

I think it's not worth it. The name is not really catchy and I doubt somebody wanted to buy it. Transit is not related to exchange, and it's hard to find a project that can be developed by that name. Mixer? No. Exchange? No. Faucet, too forced.

I think a possible service in transportation using bitcoin is quite suitable. I’ve got some ideas. I’ll loop back

Maybe you can overthrow Uber. 

Anything you can build based on cryptos, they can simply add crypto to their established infrastructure.

Keep the domain name, it is so had to buy a domain now with a word Bitcoin attach to it, and your name is a good investment already and if you can build a project behind it then that's good you can do collaboration to build a project behind that name but don't leave the domain name, how much you bought that domain.

Keep the name There are many Bitcoin forks & exchanges that have appeared in recent times "Bitcoincash, bticoingold, bitcoin Diamond, Bitcoin Trade" and someone may choose that name and pay a lot of money.
Also, you can start by learning some programming code "You will not lose anything if you learn it [1][2]" Then sell some shirts if you are interested in the design.

Transit = something that related to travel, right? I'd assume short distance travel, which is Uber on a blockchain. That's not going to happens, impossible to overtake a giant like that, especially with little to no funding.

One possible idea would be based on the idea of long-distance travel stuff though. Could make a possible platform that is mostly focused on booking train trips/flights/cruises/accommodation with crypto. Not sure if there are other competitors already, but I'd love to have the option of booking a flight with BTC/ETH.

But he could create a service which connects w/ services like uber, converting BTC into fiat.

Good idea, domain is pretty good to my mind. You can make Uber like service and offer payment in crypto but also keep fiat because I think currently number of Taxi users who would like to pay with crypto is very, very low.
On another hand your domain would be great for shipping forward service because of it's name transit.
Btw I don't think name will be good for trading + if you plan to do it, you need a huge amount of money + great developers in order to keep website secure.

Transit made me think about BTC TXs and mempools. The only idea coming was just a Bitcoin charts website.
But if it's something related to travel, what about creating a search engine or a directory about traveling/Tickets/etc that can be purchased with Bitcoin? In the example an airline ticket comparator, a la Booking.com style.

Like design, pretty nice but for applications but to be fair it's very similar of shopping website, when I saw this template it looked like there were cars for sold.
For your domain, I would unite uber, food delivery and etc things. For example imagine uber and glovo services united in one app where we have to pay with bitcoin, domain matches pretty well. Also personally I like Glovo's design, I would make colours green or blue because so much orange isn't attractive for eyes.

The design looks great because it seems very professional. Regarding to what you are trying to build here I think you I think it is going to be very hard to promote your service to the world, especially because you have some big competition. It didn't mention anything about this, but it seems like you are working alone without a team and I don't know if you have the capital needed to advertise your service in such a way that it would be used by dozens of users daily. You also said you want to promote your service in underdeveloped areas but I am pretty sure people leaving in those area don't use bitcoin, at least not enough in order to help you so how do you expect them to use your service?

The design is good but not the best of it, I can say its standard. Hows the 'enter pick up location and drop off' UI? Does it open up a map or we need to type it manually?

I also saw it as a web-based application, Do you sure it will work out? I mean there is a limitation between web-based apps and native-based application AFAIK.
