Well, you should consider the time frame of waiting when we say instant that's just mean that it won't take an hour for you to wait. It doesn't mean you have to accurately get it on time when you have done clicking the button to withdraw or deposit for instance. Using high fees also will take more than a minute depending on how big was the crypto being sent.
