Rules :

General:

Jackpot is a pool betting product promoted and operated by Supawin limited on pre-selected football matches known as pools.
Generate Bet
Pressing a generate bet button will let the system randomly generate the selections for you. There will be one random selection picked from each match.

Settlement, Abandonments, and Postponements:

All match settlements are based on the result at the end of regular time. This includes any added stoppage time but does not include extra time and a penalty shoot-out.

In case of a postponement/abandonment, the Company will have the right to wait for 24 hours for the match to start/resume

In case the postponed/abandoned match does not continue in the next 24 hours from initial KO time, next rule will apply - Any canceled match will get its outcome from the match listed above it on the ticket. The first match on the ticket will have the result from the last match. For example -
Game 1 - Postponed: Resulted as "2" from game 5
Game 2 - Postponed: Resulted as "2" from game 1
Game 3 - 2-2: As "X"
Game 4 - Postponed: Resulted as "X" from game 3
Game 5- 0-1: As "2"

If the scheduled venue for a match is changed, this match will be voided only if the new venue is a home ground of the original away team. Matches changed to a neutral venue will stand regardless of which team is listed as the home team.

Payment of winnings:

All winnings will be paid out shortly after the last match on the ticket has finished and all results have been confirmed.

General:

Supawin Jackpot is a pool betting product promoted and operated by Supawin Limited on 13 pre-selected football matches known as pools.
All matches will be played on the stated date.

Deadlines:

Predictions are open until the kick off time of the first match and all entries must be submitted before advertised pool closure time. Any entries after will be declared void with stakes refunded.

Betting structure:

Make a selection (home win, draw, away win) for all matches on a ticket.
Players may choose to create one or more tickets, each consisting of a minimum of at least one selection in each match. The price for one single selection ticket is $1.

For any given match a Player may make one or more selections of alternative results. Adding more than one selection, will although increase the cost of the entry. For example - if two selections are picked in two matches and one result in all other matches then this multi selection ticket will cost $4 (in case of a $1 stake) If two selections are picked in three matches and one result in all other matches then the entry fee will be $8.

Matches are sorted by their starting time on the ticket. If the starting time is the same for more than one match, alphabetical order will apply.

How to win the Supawin Jackpot pool:

A Player must select correctly all the outcomes for all 13 matches to win the Jackpot of $10,000 / $250,000. There are also cash winnings for 12, 11 and 10 correct predictions. The prizes may vary in size from week to week. The exact amounts will be disclosed once the pool has been settled. Please note that in case there is more than 1 winner, the prize pool will be shared.

Jackpot rollover:

The Company may, at its own discretion, introduce a Jackpot rollover, in which jackpot totals from jackpot competitions in prior weeks that have had no winners are accumulated (rolled-over) and offered as a prize.

- SSL is of course installed on our server and functional. It doesn't change much as we are not processing any sensitive data other than login credentials which are encrypted.

Our platform has nothing to do with odds.
You simply buy a ticket for $1 and win prizes if the following conditions are met:

13 correct corresponds to the Jackpot prize which is, of course, $10,000

I guess i formulated my post wrong and people misunderstood it. I agree with them needing to show the proof of their 15.000$ payments they said they have made but I don't think they should necessarily show proof that they have the 10.000$ available for every day contest. Sure, you are right that any casinos has the right to do whatever they want.
