Payout treshold is set to 200 SLC coins on official pool.

So it means you first need to mine 200 coins, then it will trigger a payout.

There are 3 more pools, all are with different treshold set.

this is wrong there should be a payout threshold of 0.1 coin

In the end do you really want to have thousands of 0.1 SLC in your wallet? You'll not be able to send them, you'll need first to consolidate them, prior sending. Even Bitcoincore can't send one transaction generated from 1000 inputs.

Imagine yourself I say ceased to drip coin on my pool have say 10 coins and the minimum payment you have 200 and what happens I just pile the remains will not receive

Block reward currently is 40, and there are not so much miners.
I agree that treshold should be lowered, and will be lowered, but not to 0.1, really. Thats too low. We don't mine dust here. Thats dust.
