Giftcoin - What happens after all bitcoins are mined?

Ill try to concise my point simple enough to see if I can get the point across.

They say after all bitcoins are mined, that miners will live off transaction fees.

Lets use Giftcoin to see how that would work in practice.

The idea is to create a 100% 21,000,000 pre-mined clone of bitcoin.

Then giveaway 100,000 coins to 210 users of this forum.

I have the logo ready. Volunteers?
