It doesn't make sense IMO as one could bet online like the Blazers will get x5, so if I'm a Blazers fan, I would just choose to send my money in my sportsbook.

You're right, I didn't think it through, I only thought since our bets will be about the correct game series score and using the current format of the thread, that we see just a single or 2 winners at most (IMO), If only just one goes for Blazer for instance and they did win it It wouldn't matter if they get series predictions wrong they'll get win unlike with the sportbooks.

Well, so far NBA playoffs are great to watch. I lost count how many times I watched replay of that crazy game winning buzzer-beater of Leonard.
And I'm a bit surprised that I'm running well in this pool. Only Celtics loss was big disappointment for me.

I hear ya. I’m just uber competitive. I get worked up and take it all way too seriously  . Should see me during Fantasy Football season. I’ll sulk about dropping a player too early, or passing on a guy on the waiver wire I should have picked up for like weeks lol.

Yeah. I'm not a big fan of them, but I would like to see them in the Finals this year. Kawhi probably is going to leave Raptors after this season and this team will have to create new long term project. Probably it's last chance for Raptors to go so far in playoffs in few upcoming years.

It's now about not getting zero points, because even being 2 game away from the correct series would get you 6 points, which is more than the points for a correct score prediction during the first round.

I would not think so yet, Remember Warriors had a sweep with LA Clippers in the first game in round 1 but the series had to go all the way to game 6, The same thing happened with Houston Rockets where Warriors led the series 2 - 0 but still needed 6 games to win the series, It's quite still early to judge, Warriors can get really sloppy sometimes.

'To uncover the real talent of the Warriors'? I don't think so because before KD join the warriors they're already a championship contender who've a solid talents but choked a 3-1 lead in the Finals.

The current roster that's running right now is the real Warriors lineup though and it's obvious that they don't need KD at all and his rings are meaningless for as long as he choose to stay with them.

You would have gotten it right, the Warriors indeed swept the Blazers and no one could have saw that coming before the first game at least, I expected the Warriors to struggle with KD absence, but they never looked to be in any sort of trouble even when they trailing by double digits points in some games.

Buck vs Raptors would still keep us busy, since Warriors have opted for an early break.

Those two does go against the public, Bucks are heavy favorites in this series but they already loss 3 straights, they need some miracle in game 6 to win.
