Is this related to the Tezos that did crowdfunding in 2017?  I thought they had problems with regulatory authorities after their ico or something?

Tezos does not have any regulatory issues at the moment. And why would anyone have issues to access to their funds? It is readily available on many exchanges. If I may ask, is tezos a blockchain? Why is it experiencing regulatory issues at all. A true blockchain shouldn't have this problem. Is it a private  or semi-decentralizrd blockchain?

Thanks for the advice. But it is so simple to sign up and we believe that anyone who is truly interested in our site can take 1 min to do so,in order to test it out. Also we don't want random people/bots being able to spam out the chat box or our site and trying to advertise their own agendas. We plan on eventually doing a makeover but our site is self funded and we have not even made back our ROI yet . Any profits we make will be/has been used to help build up our site!
