I dont understand how this requires no money or bankroll to run.
Please explain how you can allow 0.019277BTC at 2x , Which gives a max profit of 0.038554BTC

This means you need at least a Bankroll of 1-2 BTC.
Which therefore, does require money to run.

that what maxbet means, if you curious about it, there is a setting for admins to specify how much of bankroll should you risk each bet !
