ICO is still not safe so you have to be careful if you want to invest there, because it is very dangerous.
maybe there are still some good ICOs but more research is needed and sometimes where the trap is so you have to be good at finding the right one, Scammers are still there. maybe in the future if ICO has been updated there will be some good projects that can run well and scammers will decrease.

Don’t ever think or plan on investing in ICO now. Why? Nowadays it is very clear that most ICOs are just scams.

sure most of them are scams but there are still few out there that are legit . ico's are still a bang of the buck . you can earn 3 or more times compare to crypto investing alone due to the huge bonuses of ico's have  .

5 times ? I think it’s not worth it at all if you don’t know those who are developing the project. And then they can deceive you and run away with your money. This is problem . More money, more lies and deception.

in this year, ICOs is still a hard time to get back the trust from investors, many ICOs are scams and not any ICOs can success, so i think ICOs still alive but may need more time to develope to get back the investors, however many ICOs are still promissing so i guess it will soon be better.

I think, it is not good idea. Now invest on ICO is very risky. Most of ICOs in 2019 are fail or scam. Some are success ICOs when they trade exchanger their value always less then ICO's value. So i believe, it is better to invest your money directly any trusted exchanger on trusted coins such as Bitcoin, Eth, XLM, Aura etc.

For me, you can find good ICO at this time but you will experience difficulty because the essence of investing on ICO is now not good as the market itself says it all. Even your electricity is very cheap, I guess I will not going to advice a mining facility for you build up, transaction fees today is cheap also and maybe your investment will not going to return a good profit, plus the maintenance of your equipment will not going to be worth. For now, just stick to trading and hodling coins, I see market going to be bullish at the moment.

Investing in ICOs in 2019 are not recommendable anymore. There are too much scam and fraud ICO projects this past few months but if you are really looking for projects that have a high quality, you can check at ICObench and do your own research.

The best place to begin your research from is from www.icodrops.com and www.icobench.com they are my best review websites. Also look out for top IEOs from Bittrex and the likes. They are sure x3 at the moment

dont search for an ICO, try looking another promising methode like IEO, some project now prefer doing IEO rather than ICO due to the transparans of the fund, and we can check itself on partnered exchanger.

Better invest money in IEO just like binance as according to the recent condition I am sure binance will organize and announce IEO once again but better keep holding till then, it is profitable and I prefer investing over there, those project who are using IEO are good and trust worthy promising projects.
