Which is the best place to learn how to play Poker online?

I've never played poker, I've heard a great many things about it.
I'd like to learn .. keep in mind I haven't even played rummy (the Indian card game)..so I'll be a complete noob.
Can anyone point me in the right direction?

Youtube videos are all fine and dandy but I'm looking for a guided tutorial game platform where it'll dive into the more technical side of things.

It will be better to use some android apps and try their. You will learn their about the rules and you can practise their for losing nothing. If I can recall correctly, I learned most of those game from this kind of app. It's free and easy to learn.

You can find bunches of desktop app if you google. Moreover, I think some of the platforms offer it online too. I didn't google google though but I'm sure you will get a lot of them.

Teenpatti and poker arent the same thing. I would advise anyone and everyone to refrain using this thread for farming up their signature campaigns and posting useless messages that add no value to the conversation.

We're the same I'd love also to learn poker, I have a little bit knowledge on apps poker but I think that is not good to play unlike if web platform. There are different from most other poker training sites in having a much broader offering like video training and live poker coaching and poker streams, here what I have found.

Watch poker tutorials on youtube to get the basics down before you jump into practice games.  I would also recommend watching some high level tournaments to get a feel for how the pros play and try to emulate what they do once you build up some basic skills.

This sounds like i'm fooling around but I'm totally a noob few years back and I just want to learn card games besides from blackjack and baccarat and I saw the poker which seems interesting to me.

I don't watch or read blogs about the game since for me experience is the best teacher and so I searched online to play free poker games and I landed to a flash poker game (I think the name of the games is governer of poker by youda games) and play it without any knowledge and after an hour or two I already know how to play the game and to test it out I tried it in the real gambling casino and I'm winning (But not all the time)

We have different choices, I choose to play flash game in order for me to experience the real game immediately and learn the basics while in game but if you want to study it first through reading or watching tutorials then go with it. For what I think there are some online sites where you can play poker for free.

The best way to learn poker is just to download some free poker app on your Android/Apple device and practice for free.Those games aren't gambling,they are just for fun.I've tried the Zynda poker app on Android and it was great.
You just have to know when to bet,fold and check and what are the different card combinations.

poker is best to play with real people on the table as you can see facial reaction which can have something to analyze. the challenge is there in bluffing and calling. you wouldn't want to waste the fun on mobile app. but yes the thrill of winning still is there.

basically you just have two cards and you can match it with the 5 cards to be reveal on the table upon betting for the pot. youtube video would indeed make this clearer.

I'm not a pro poker player and I just learned the game through mobile games and doing some research about the game. It is also not mastered through 1 game but a constant practice and familiarization of the cards to do some strategy ingame.

There are many places online for learning to play poker. But not all the places are good for learning. Poker is a complex game. Not everyone can play poker Because it takes both patience and intelligence to play poker. You can search Google and find some good places to learn the poker game. But I'll say you first learn to play poker in reality. The real experience of poker game will help you a lot while playing in the future. You could learn poker by playing the software version on your laptop or mobile devices . I believe you can find many poker games to download online(on Google playstore for example).

 Get some youtube tutorials to help guide you on how to play the software poker, then follow the tutorial and play.

After learning the basics of poker the best thing of course is to try it out the problem here is finding a good gambling site that is not rigged as there is a lot of them especially the free to play ones you see in your app store as they will be wanting real money from you. My advice is if you want to really experience true poker then I suggest that you go find a reliable gambling site to do it so but if not you can always go to a real casino to really experience playing poker with other people on the table.
