What happened:

06.12.18 I asked for withdrawal of 1900 usd.  It wasn’t carried out. My request to the support couldn’t help. The support answered with lame excuses and stop telling with me by the moment.

Thank you for the information but I never use CryptoCapital, and I think they are a new exchange, right? I am curious why you trade on the new exchange which doesn't have a reputation? That will be your good lesson, and it's better to stay away from the new exchange, but if you want to test the new exchange, you can only use small money, so if something worst happens, you don't have to be sad like now.

I can see multiple open scam accusation against CryptoCapital, like Warning Cryptocapital SCAMMERS! has been created on January 2018. And many more scam accusation available here about them. You should research about any new exchange before you invest. By the way, sorry for your loss. We can't do anything expect warning people's.

Their website has less than 800 visitors a day. That is also a warning

The whole thing is a mess, as quite well explained here.

Thanks, this explains a lot and is an eye opening article. I used them to withdraw several low amounts successfully, all under €1000. However, on the 23rd of January 2019, I initiated a withdrawal for €23,000 from my cex.io account. The withdrawal is still pending and their support is not forthcoming. I am beginning to think I will never receive my money.

Dear All,

sad to hear about your difficulties with Cryptocapital.

I am in the same situation.

My funds from CEX.IO got stuck there and they never did anything to solve their wire problem but just put excuses.

Now is there anything we can do to lawfully get them? They are based in Panama; but that should not mean they can simply do what they want.

Fortunately, my deposited amount was not too big but I really do not want to get them away with this.

Thanks for your feedback and comments.
