Will an increase in bitcoin price affect the gambling industry

As we all know the value of bitcoin are down but we are still optimistic about the price bouncing back.
Am new to bitcoin sportbook I just want to ask what would change if bitcoin increases

GAmblers has they’re own currency used to bet so I don’t think that increases of bitcoin prices will effect the gambling industry.
And why need to have changes in this way when the people itself has no things to do for this

Yes we all do have an optimistic thoughts about the price of Bitcoin to rise up again within the whole year of 2019 as well as the prices of the other existing cryptocurrency because as we all know, Bitcoin is not the only cryptocurrency being used by gamblers to play gambling because there are already online casinos who uses altcoins as well. Yes it does and in fact I think gambling industry is effected by the cost of Bitcoin transactions.
For example, someone may be more inclined to send their BTC if the cost is 1 Satoshis/vbyte | 0.00001 BTC/KvB
However, if the price is high such as 50 Satoshis/vbyte | 0.00050 BTC/KvB, then people may not be in such a hurry to send their BTC to a Casino.

So probably along with price rise, lightning network will become much more popular among online casinos.
I'm not aware of any casino that makes LN compatibility as an advertising, promotional aspect and this will change soon.
Even with current exchange ratio, this could be a good idea, always better to optimize costs as much as possible.

I guess it's related because when someone addicted to gambling, he doesn't care with the bitcoin price and all they want to do having bitcoin in their wallet so they can continue playing gambling. They don't think that if bitcoin price increase and the decrease can make them stop gamble. its not bad to try new gambling sites because you can often find new goodies with them  . and also not all online gambling sites will accept bitcoin or crypto some of them only accept old payment methods like paypal , credit cards and alike  . also ,  not all will use altcoins whenever the value of bitcoin drops .  more people will actually use bitcoin because they can earn huge income easily due to the bigger value of bitcoin  .

However at some point, as Bitcoin's price increase, in my opinion the amount of Bitcoin being gambled would be lesser since its price increases thus a gambler with somehow trade for a constant value would gamble lesser amount of Bitcoin. This assumption is not certain as there is no existing statistics towards the amount of Bitcoin being gambled for all gambling sites in crypto.

Well yes, The bitcoin price will affect the gambling industry and that's a fact. However, even though the bitcoin price could have an effect on the said industry, it is not so much drama and can be considered at least. But if you are talking about the online gambling industry, Bitcoin will technically affect the industry in many ways. But ain't be able to speculate how much will it affect the industry as well but it will.
