Dash is not really considered to be a privacy coin so it's more like top 7 then.
Why is Dash not really considered to be a privacy coin? Even if its technology is inferior it is still supposed to be a privacy coin.
Dash is far more focussed on getting used mainstream as a fast, low cost, secure and instantly spendable transaction provider then
marketing itself as a privacy coin. Dash may have been a privacy-centric coin once, but it has involved into much more. Dash offers optional privacy
on its transactions for a small fee and the optional privacy part is not really used all that much on its network (maybe 10%?).

Its just not used all that much.
I would make a distinction between privacy-centric cryptocurrencies like Monero and Zcash and cryptocurrencies that put a heavy focus on functioning
as a true mainstream usable currency (digital cash), like Dash.
Once Dash Evolution (Dash Core v1.0) gets released later this year, Dash will expand its capabilities even further by introducing Blockchain Useraccounts, Decentralized API,
dAPPs, Dashdrive. Dash will start to function more as a decentralized platform then, where additional services (including privacy) can run on its multi-tiered network.
