A new service crossed my way on the internet and I would like to hear some reviews about it before I place an order.

Unique Iban and an option without ID required  . 3rd partie transfers allowed.
The site looks professional and they have an IOS app ready.

Until here it seems all nice but i can not find any user review about them. Just one unhappy post on trustpilot and some mass marketing websites on free domains that include single sentences of the websitetext of 100 or more cards. Just scrumbled text on free domains like .tk and .vk.
I think these are made for google ranking and finding more results. Example:

Just checked this website. You are right, this site looks professional but nothing more. For a few hundred bucks you can have a website like this. It is not big money even if this website have many code errors. This domain uses whois guard and protects the real owner name. Any serious company will not hide his name, they use any possibility to write his name somewhere. You investigate and you did not find any feedback about them even if this website registered two years ago - 2016-12-15. It's not weird only in the case that site never work anything and have no any single customer.

Checked the website and they listed several known companies. I wonder if they are really legit. Encountered just today. Maybe wait for feedback from others who has experience from using it as it is relatively new. I was looking for users feedback from their google play but didn't see anything yet.

Too good to be true, if it is legit, it will be forced to subject to KYC/AML requirement anytime soon.
And you mentioned about reviews from freenom domain sites which can be mass-produced by the same team, it's already telling that this is a fraudulent marketing strategy by an unknown team.

Additionally, I've check the website's code, it's filled with "comments" and "enclosed in comment elements" which could mean that the site might be purchased from an easy to use "template" for "multiple quick-to-make" purposes.
Plus, hiding the domain's Registrant Contact info, really?

What I mean is: it's not too professional as you think (for a "Banking" company).
They should at least start an [ANN] or support thread here for clarification.

I don't see any signs of involvement of bitcoin or other cryptocurrencies on this. If you're going with complete fiat anyways, why not hit up your bank instead, and if verification is the problem, you could try asking in some local forums for recommendation, then afterwards you can research about it.

I'm from Southeast Asia but the reference or linkage to Vietnam already makes me doubtful of this product. I think it is still possible actually to get debit cards without ID, at least in my country they allow you to do that. You just buy a card or order it and you can top it up as much as you want. But a credit card without ID? That's just impossible. Banks don't give credit to anonymous people;)

I can have an entire site layout copied without spending a single penny, and when I can do so as fairly non tech cowboy, many others will be able to do so too. Combine that with shared hosting and a domain sale, and you're done.

Something tells me that things aren't right, and when it concerns something like a credit card that's being marketed like this, it should be an instant no. Gut feelings aren't worth anything with trading, but here they're worth a ton.

I would advise you to stay out for a while at least until there are some reviews to see posted. I don't think that it is possible for an organization to provide you IBAN without ID verification or KYC. In a first sight, It sounds like a scam to me.

Wicotiz is a brand new company from Belgium, it started only 2-3 months ago. The funds are protected under the FCA regulation and, Barclay is "holding" the money as the escrow. Also, I think you misunderstood the terms, to get the IBAN you need to have the "Advanced Mastercard" which require the verification

And with 2 years time its really impossible if there would be no feedback nor review on such service.If we cant see one then we can presume that
no one intended to use it up and with that alone you can already have that doubts on using this service.I would always go to those things which is being actively used
by majority rather than testing out on things that havent being proved out.

There is no such thing "an option without an ID required" If bank transactions are conducted between countries, you must Verify your identity.
Also, website design is not professionally indicative of credibility.

It does seem like that the site is operating from Belgium, or at least targeting mainly Belgian users. Based off their site:

Wicotiz Mastercard welcomes you in a world full of benefits, in Belgium and abroad.

I certainly don't think that it is possible at this day and age to get a bitcoin debit card without verification that can be used with longevity. Not only does this service seem like not have anything to do with crypto, it's likely that you'll have to get verified if you want the IBAN. Even if you do get to go with the anonymous route, I think that it's only going to be a matter of time that unverified cards will be cancelled.

There's also no point using them if you're solely using their unverified service. It's literally the same service that other payment processors, or even your local banks provide. Unless you're in Belgium and like the services that they provide, I wouldn't take this risk.

You are right, its not easy to give ID less conditions these days. But there is a provider that uses the same bank as Wicotiz and does exactly this. Veritas Mastercard offers an ID free mastercard with unique iban. But the fees they take are not worth it.
But so its possible to offer that. And veritas works...

And one more thing makes me unsure about Wicotiz to be a full scam. They offer an IOS and Android APP. A lot of work for scamming people!?

The site has a French version because Belgium is a francophone country but the company is really located in Belgium https://www.linkedin.com/company/wicotiz/ (Grez-Doiceau, Brabant Wallon) and they target everyone living in the SEPA zone. I can't find a source in English but here it's a translation of a paragraph introduction from news in French

...But there is a provider that uses the same bank as Wicotiz and does exactly this. Veritas Mastercard offers an ID free mastercard with unique iban. But the fees they take are not worth it.
But so its possible to offer that. And veritas works...

Wicotiz and Veritas both get the FR Iban from PPFS. Veritas had Ireland iban in the past, also by PPFS.
The UK iban veritas offers is from barkley as i remember.

Today I received an e-mail with a notification of reduced card fee and “suddenly” also the negative review on trustpilot disapeared  .

Seems not as legit business to me.
