IPBTT campaign management service, recently singed a contract with MetaCode to manage their bounty/social program. On behalf of IPBTT, I will manage and monitor the bitcoinTalk related affairs for MetaCode. In return I will get 40% of both 10,000,000 MetaCode token and the 1% raised ETH in their ICO.

It's a serious project and forum escrow will be in operation. So, we can have a peace in mind that there will be no issue with payment. Now we need to focus on the success of the project.

To do my part perfectly for the project, I need a good team to help me besides the existing team I have. The team members (who will be hired from this thread) will be responsible to handle their own local board related affairs including but not limited to: Translating --- ANN, contract, Escrow ANN, Social bounty thread with a link to the main thread, Signature campaign thread with a link to the main signature campaign thread, whitepaper, one pager, some website contents and any other translation if needed. They will also be responsible to manage the ANN topic of their own language (actively response to the interested posters), review any submissions (article, video from bounty participants) of their own languages. This is member category A.

Member category B will perform some additional task like: Helping me moderating telegram or discord or facebook or twitter or reddit

In return, I will share 50% (category A 35% and category B additional 10% with their 35% from A. I will pick category B members from the As. 5% will be awarded to two best performing team members who will prove they deserve it by the extra mile activity and hard work) of the token and raised ETH I will receive, with this team members of this topic. It will be distributed equally. I will request the escrow to send the token and ETH directly to your addresses. This ensures that you do not need to trust my words.

I could post a topic and randomly pick members but I have not done this because I know there will be people who will easily use tricky translation tools and abuse their responsibilities. So, I have done my research. Closely followed some of the following members from long time since I knew this days are coming for me. I will be happy to take help of one person instead of thousands who will not provide any value to my standard. I always try the highest standard to do my job and I expect whoever will work with me will keep the same or even higher. I hope this explains what I want. I can assure you that we will work together in a very friendly manners.

From the following, I will need one member for each language board. This will be very hard for me to eliminate members if there are more than one interested member in a same board but the reality is that I will have to pick one. So, I will pick first come first basis for the boards. Thank you.

I am sorry for the confusion here. Non of the above user in my post applied for any job to me or showed any interest before, they were not even aware of this coming to them. We never talked to each other in most cases.

These are the users I would like to work with if they are interested. There are no push, no force. I listed their names so that if they are interested then I would like them to apply. If anyone is not interested then I am fine with that. I will find desired members from a job announcement thread where everyone will be free to apply. But I will prefer to go with the members of this list first. I have seen these guys has commitment and talent. It's up to them if they want to accept.

So, they are my first choice and I hope this clears the confusion here however please feel free to ask any question anyone still have.

Regarding my expecting
As I have stated on the main topic that you will manage/translate the English topics to your local language in the local boards. This is not something I am looking for article writers or things like that. You are not bounty hunters, you are working with me to ensure the quality delivery of the the bounty program. Your job is specific but not limited
- Translating the topics/whitepaper/one pager etc which are in English to your local language as instructed on my main thread
- Managing the local ANN thread (engaging/responding the posters query the way it will be done in the main English thread) which you will create 
- Reviewing articles, videos of the bounty hunters
- The B category will perform additional work like helping me to moderate telegram or discord or facebook or twitter or reddit. We will share work load depending on your interested social channel.

About the payment things

For calculation let's say the ICO will raise 230,000 ETH. So my employer's % is 2,300 ETH

Now 40% of 2,300ETH and 10,000,000 token is 920 ETH and 4,000,000 token respectively. This is what I will receive.

I hope now this make sense:

In return I will get 40% of both 10,000,000 MetaCode token and the 1% raised ETH in their ICO.

Out of these (920 ETH and 4,000,000 token) I will share 50% with the team member who will apply in this topic(or the other topic which I was talking about earlier if there are not many members from here).

Break down:
35%  (322 ETH and 1,400,000 token) with category A members
Category B members will get additional 10% (92 ETH and 400,000 token).
Two best performing team member will receive additional 5% (46 ETH and 200,000 token).

Depending on the number of team member we will divide the total (both ETH and token) and share equally. So, let's say we have 10 members (for example). Out of 10 we have 5 falls in Category B

Category A:
ETH break down 32.2/member
Token 140,000/member

Category B:
ETH break down 18.4/member
Token 80,000/member

Bonus
ETH break down 23/member
Token 100,000/member

Now let's say team member X falls in Category B and also earns the best performing award. So she/he will get:
ETH: (32.2+18.4+23) = 73.6
Token: (140,000+80,000+100,000) = 320,000

I hope now this make sense.

@asche told me that I'm listed as a possible translator for the project you are working for. I have read your text and as I understand it you need a translator / community manager for local boards and in addition if possible for the main group. Honestly, I don't have experience for both of the parts and also a very limited time. I don't own any tools for professional whitepaper translation except Gimp 
I've done only a little bit of translation work (simple text) and BBCode formatting for english ANNs (graphics were provided, my part was to implement in in BBCode).
So I think there are much better translators and I can recommend some of them if they are interested. I'll only ask trusted translators where I know about their quality. As far as I can see there is not much information available about the project. I found material about MetaCode here:

I agree with the previous members who were chosen and have replied here. Once more information becomes available I will make a research about your project. For now I am interested in doing the translations. I would not like to be involved with social media posting or telegram moderation - not my area of interest. And I also expect some sort of guarantees and at least a minimum compensation if I am going to translate big documents like the WP.

I would also hoped for that but it is what it is. We need to work hard to make this a successful project. Since there will be a escrow from the forum so we can have this confidence that whatever they rise we will get our part for sure.

Regarding the website look and team, this is I received from the Dev team:

The website is optimized to render well on both laptop and mobile devices. Mobile rendering is important as it makes up a significant % of traffic. And will likely become much more important when social channels begin driving interest and traffic.

The constructive criticism regarding the attractiveness of the sight is we suppose subjective. If someone can offer suggestions that will improve the look (while maintaining cross platform pc/mobile rendering) we are open and receptive to such.

The anonymity of the team is explained. If the team is revealed it may initially give confidence. But would seriously damage the intended functions of the tech. and project. MetaCode addresses issues of privacy and unassailability within the space of file sharing. We ask that people recognize the importance of protecting end users (by maintaining user/admin./infrastructure protection) and therefore ensuring the long term viability and sustainability of the project as a whole.

Relevant to the anon team. Detailed info. and description of the tech. and how it works has been provided (white paper) so that people can make a fully informed decision regarding the tech. and therefore the project.
In addition, the project is conducted by multisig escrow and starts with system reliability phase. This provides a very high degree of assurance that is testable and verifiable.

Please keep me posted with any other query. And also apply ASAP. I need to finalize the team before this Monday.

If i doing an translation for this project i would be do the Translation for the Whitpaper and maybe the ANN , but more i cant do at the moment because i am busy with other things too !
Also if you toke someone else i have no problem with that !

We were talking about this project with the dev team not recently. There are few months past we started talking to them. We had back and forth email exchanges, idea sharing and a lot of conversations.
At the very beginning they did not have any idea that community is not going to accept a project without a public team. Then we offered them to consider escrow service. They were very pleased with the offer. In the process of communication we were able to gather enough feeling that the team is working actively to achieve their goal. I can not be very sure however I believe they are here with a good intention in mind for the blockchain industry.

Yes, would be a little bit risky but since you aren't sharing malicious content and there is no option to notify users otherwise I wouldn't see it as a violation of the rules. For such cases, PMs are implemented in my opinion as far as you don't send advertisements, referral- or phishing links. (But I'm not a moderator).
Another aspect why notifications would be useful if your name is mentioned, people just don't notice it.
