many have launched their coin with the aim to aid tourists or travelers, but no one that i know of really utilise a crypto coin during their travel.
why? because these altcoins only ended up in trading.
still, you will find that btc is still their first choice cryptocurrency
so if you are in talks with western coffee franchise (starbucks i guess), then i think its a great start.

Hi,

Unfortunately, it's not Starbucks but it is still a decent recognized brand. I hear Starbucks are planning to use BTC soon.
We are certainly looking to make our mark concentrating on one city first. (Phnom Penh, Cambodia). This is where we have the best connections that can facilitate the start of adoption.
I would say, the one thing we have over the other coins who tried/are trying to aid tourists, is that our whole team is based in the tourist locations in which we plan to use FYRE. We have 'boots on the ground' and are actively networking face to face with potential clients.

We are working towards a showcase event in the city whereby, once we have the software complete for integration, we will invite our target market to use Fyre to purchase products such as food and beverages. (Assisting setting up mobile app and giving out free Fyre)

Fyre seems to be a good project and I find it really useful to engage people to make everyday crypto transactions simple and secure. My doubt is that by now there are so many scam projects and therefore, before asking for money from the people to invest in the project, we should give some more guarantees. I hope the team will also give information about it
