Yes this will have large impact on the market because if bitcoin make it through the ETF that will allow the more adaptation and legal and regulated framework that will burst investors confidence.

Wait for 2020.etf and bitcoin's run wll be the same date and i think middle of 2020 is the possible date for this.market maker will decide the exact date

If you're taking about US SEC's approval for a bitcoin ETF then yeah probably it will really have a positive effect but I won't say it will be stable, we still don't know how will the market will react except that everyone is saying that the price could go on another level. So all eyes on US right now as expectations are very high for a approval.
