This is a pretty accurate doodle from the original in which I posted a photo of back at the beginning of the year. So many stories coming out of France about what is going on in the regions who have these protests going on. One says they will be instating martial law so to take guns out of the hands of the people. Another says there is a plan for a large group of rich parisians to withdraw all their money from institutional banks all at the same time just to prove these banks do not have enough money to produce the funds when called upon to do so. Most if not all people already know banks perform on a quarter of what is on paper in the first place so in doing this they will literally bankrupt Frances financial system and cause havoc to the European union with brexit already on the horizon. I would imagine this would be their intended plan all along with an organized run on the banks.Sort of a domino effect of the European union's economical system.

The doodle itself looks pretty poor imo. As Chronicsky said, anyone can draw a doodle on a note and set the starting bid at 0.065 BTC / $250. I don't see how it's worth that amount at minimum.

It is a doodle and not a photorealistic representation so how refined does the curator need to be? And the seller can charge what they want because they came up with the idea of doing it. You question banksy art the same way? It is worth as much for the person who purchases it. The note can not be used because it is defaced currency just as good as if it was teared in half and you bought it to the bank asking for a new note. They will not give it to you.

He didnt just start spraying graffiti on a wall and people paid him millions for his work. It is all in the eye of the behodler! Art is valued for its worth of whomever pays for it.

You're not wrong and as with all art it is always subjective. This works on both sides too. Some artists value themselves at mega bucks ... see Damian Hirst while others will paint on walls and create mega buck value pieces for free ... see Banksy. An artist does have the right to value his/her own time. it's up to the buyer to accept that price. Art will always generate a debate. From either its content to its $ value. Take for example one of my favourite currency artists from Venezuela. https://instagram.com/lion_mix/ For $15 a note he is a steal!! He will make commissions too for the same price. Cheers Viz
