If you need a jet charter, you must arrange your flight by using a broker or jet card company. They pick up a phone or email a dozen or less plane operators to see if those are available for your flight. It is a tough job but someone got to do it.  The most challenging aspect of building this project is supply chain management. What's in it for the aircraft operators.  This is why we think our model works.  Think Uber where there are two apps involved. @Pynocash,  love your energy and we welcome constructive criticism.  I would love to invite you and anyone who joins to facetime or any other platform real-time chat.  Because I do not think you gave it more than 15 seconds to come to the conclusion of your post.    

 We can debate a couple of points:  
 - ICO in a bear market bad idea - It's not an ICO its an STO which means the common stock, equity, and dividends.  Not an air-drop of worthless assets backed by nothing.

- Developer with an app - Well that is a bit of an overstatement.  There are actually 4 apps and data platform behind it, but who cares, the real test is "does it make money".  And it does, it has been for over 3 years now.  An when you send me a link to an ICO that had total sales of 11M dollars since their app released then the point will make sense.

- Advisors - there are companies with an Advisor list that is larger than the likes of code in their ERC20 smart contract.  We have interviewed about 20+ people who reached out to us wanting to be an advisor, and we picked just 3 so far.  The quantity is meaningless, what we care about is the value they bring to the company.

- Scam -  Everything is a risk, but I think you are a bit overreaching by writing us off that early.   We have been around for 3 years, with over 17,500 clients, posted amicable sales and revenue, and we have no debt.  If you consider the odds (which any investment is a gable) then it may worth investigating further, interviewing the team, visiting our office.  (wait I forgot ICO investors don't do that, they don't care about fundamentals) ...

Since July of 2017, US corporations that are formed in Delaware (which is where www.tapjets.io is formed) companies are allowed to issue stock as a blockchain record. In today's ERC 20 implementation this means as a token within a smart contract.  Link to Delaware article is below.

To answer your questions:  1. TapJets common stock issued on blockchain (as described above) will pay dividends to shareholders just like they would on paper stock.  2. Each token = 1 share = 1 shareholder vote.

Typically ICO's and STO's do not offer these benefits. But for us, it makes no difference if you are a holder of a stock certificate or a Secure Token  You are a shareholder with all of the associated common stock equity rights.
