We are excited to announce the latest addition to the TapJets Board of Advisors.  Harvey Nusz joined the board as an expert in Privacy, Security, and Compliance.

Harvey has enabled companies to become compliant and secure in Sox, PCI-DSS, FISMA, HIPAA, NY Department of Financial Services CRR500 Cybersecurity Regulation, and Privacy Shield, and he is now focusing on the California Consumer Privacy Act, the NYDFS regulation, the EU GDPR, and other major privacy laws and efforts.

Harvey started working on GDPR in August 2015 and has managed a project to enable a company to achieve Privacy Shield compliance. He is focusing now on privacy, compliance, and security, and has also previously focused in auditing, risk management, governance, IT Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity, Identity Access Management and Access Certification, and Security Architecture.

Depends of the security tokens, but i think they rather would pay those via eth or something to avoid the dump, as tokens would be real shares.

No ICO will pay using ETH or BTC for bounty participants that's why they undergo ICO/STO or whatever to collect ETH and BTC not to giveaway them.  

That's not true, some of them have done that in the past, you have just missed them it seems.

I don't think you are wrong.  But let's say a US company wants to offer their shares for sale worldwide.  Let's even assume that you would buy their shares and receive a paper stock certificate by some DHL or another international mail (cost).  Then the company is doing well and is ready to pay you dividends. They would have to then figure out how to send you FIAT to some bank account worldwide. Blockchain transfer is much faster and easier (savings).  And how do you easily sell paper shares? Again blockchain makes it easier.  STO (certificates on blockchain) solves several of these use cases so we decided to lead the way.

It depends on what you define easily.    1. Sell it back to the company. 2. Sell it to any other person/s 3. Once listed on exchange you follow exchange procedures for liquidation.  If you are talking about dividends than you can elect to receive them in FIAT.

Listing on the exchange is a process, it is not guaranteed, and has to be voted on by all shareholders and token holders.

We currently operate in North-Americas and recently started with a few hundred aircraft in Europe.  Asia-Pacific planned for 2019/2020. Hope this answers your question.
