I was wondering if anyone knew of any Awareness Groups to Express Concerns about Social Media

This would be like an official source one could refer to. To express concerns about their happenings on any type of social media?

More less almost like an Enforcement group. or at least somewhere people can go to to put in comments, stories etc of anything bad that happened to them on social media?

Somewhere perhaps to form an community and find a plan of action. thanks
