Entropay is your best bet. Have you already tried them? I've used them for nearly a decade.

Besides them, there are others like mycard2go, Ecopayz, Okaypay and Veritas card that have quite a reputation.

Thanks for the suggestion. Went there and it said "We are no longer accepting registrations and existing users are not be able to top up their accounts from credit or debit cards, or bank transfers"....

Try Revolut or Bitwala. I have heard good feedback about them.
