What is the rush to get it to an exchange?
It's not like you are in a hurry to dump coins or anything. right?

I didn't said that i am getting funds for already developed, but for further development, and what is bed if coin gets on exchange fast, i am not going to dump as i wont keep any of the premine coins, all will be spent on bounties and giveaways so still 0 coins for me.

You claim it's going to protect the market but the opposite will happen. You'll get a situation similar to Auroracoin where everybody knows that a large amount of cheaply bought coins are going to flood the market on a specific date. The price will crash before this time screwing over your IPO holders (assuming this isn't a scam and they actually get their coins in the first place).

If you want a free market you give your IPO holders their coins and they will decide what to do with them, sell or hold: it's their choice. By not giving them their coins at launch you create a false economy and nobody truly knows how much the coin is worth.

hahahahahah, honestly i forgot about april 1st, will move coin 1 day back. Anyway i really don't expect anyone to trust me or to invest, i know many coins lately had IPO and scammed users, and yes i can stay here whole day and try to defend on every SCAM accusation and change nothing, so instead of SCAM you could use not trusted, shady... but coin will launch so if no investors there will be only 0.7% and i still wont keep any.
